Angle Says He’ll Fight DUI Charges, Hardy Merchandise Special
– TMZ.com has posted a third article concerning TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle’s arrest on Sunday for driving under the influence in Virginia.
The 2012 Olympic hopeful was asked by photogs at Los Angeles International Airport if he would be fighting the charges. Angle replied, “Of course.”
Kurt Angle’s attorney Frank Smith told TMZ.com that his client was not drunk as he successfully passed a breathalyzer test.
