Backstage News On Brock Lesnar’s New WWE Contract, NXT Wrestlers Impressing Officials
- Brock Lesnar may not have actually signed his WWE contract extension until Monday night’s RAW. He had not signed it over the weekend as there were still a few minor issues to work out. It’s believed Lesnar’s new two-year deal is for three pay-per-view events for each year but they may bump it up to four pay-per-view events per year. His new deal is very similar to the one he is currently working under.
- PWMania.com reported last week how Alberto Del Rio’s brother Memo Montenegro was impressing officials in WWE developmental with the way he has been improving. Another star who is improving in the eyes of NXT officials is Denton Blackwell, a former University of North Texas football player. Blackwell previously worked for Booker T’s promotion in Texas.
