Backstage News On John Cena’s HIAC Status, Batista In LA, Booker T’s Raw Reaction, Sheamus
- In case you missed it on last night’s RAW, John Cena announced that he has been medically cleared to wrestle. The feeling is that WWE officials will still take it easy with him over the next month or so. There are no plans to put him in the Hell In a Cell main event but he is expected to have a role. There has been talk of having Cena face the winner of Ryback vs. Punk after Hell In a Cell is over.
- Batista is in Los Angeles this week to do press and attend the red carpet premiere for The Man With The Iron Fists movie.
- SmackDown General Manager Booker T tweeted the following about AJ Lee’s resignation last night:
“@WWEUniverse today’s events surprising to say the lest With AJ’S announcement., I wish AJ all the best.. Vickie G.. Congratulation!!”
- As a reminder, World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus will be appearing at the Colonial Honda dealership in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts today at 12pm.
