Backstage News On Brock Lesnar, CM Punk & Miss USA
- PWInsider reports that Brock Lesnar was not at WrestleMania, the WWE hotel or any WWE related events in Miami over the weekend. WWE tried hard to keep the deal a huge secret.
- CM Punk was scheduled to retain the WWE Title at WrestleMania 28 from day 1 of the Chris Jericho feud being planned. There were never plans for Jericho to win the WWE Title in Miami.
- As noted before, WWE Tough Enough contestant and former Miss USA Rima Fakih said in Miami that she has signed a deal to wrestle with WWE.
Regarding the rumor going around about her signing, PWInsider reports that she hung out with and traveled with the WWE crew in Miami during WrestleMania weekend. All signs point to some sort of deal being signed.
