Bella Twins Update, Ted DiBiase Foundation, The Rock & More

– PWInsider reported last week that The Bella Twins were being brought to Europe for this week’s RAW but would not be used on this week’s live events. We noted that they appeared in a segment on Monday to set up a Beth Phoenix vs. Nikki Bella Divas Title match.

The Twins are indeed working live events on the current tour as they defeated the team of Phoenix and Eve Torres at Tuesday’s show in Rome, Italy.

– WWE Superstar Ted DiBiase, who is still injured, wrote a new blog on his website and included an update on his Ted DiBiase Foundation:

“Other things that are going on: I have had time to devote to the development of the Ted DiBiase Foundation. There will be more information soon regarding the Foundation along with a website. I am extremely excited about the possibilities of this Foundation and how many lives we could impact through it! Nothing like this has ever been done before in this industry, and I am really looking forward to seeing how the WWE Universe will respond!! I have no doubt the response will be amazing!”

– The Rock wrote the following on Twitter about his new reality TV show “The Hero”: “Excited to partner up w/ Ben Silverman for our new show THE HERO. Inspired to find real life #Heros”

– WWE returns to the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky on July 28th, 2012 at 7:30 PM and the Broadbent Arena in Louisville, Kentucky on July 29th, 2012 at 7 PM.

– Longtime WWE employee Steve “The Brooklyn Brawler” Lombardi turns 51 years old today.
