Big Changes To Next Weekend’s UFC On FOX Show

We’ve got some major changes to next Saturday night’s UFC On FOX: Evans vs. Davis special, UFC’s first full-fledged event on the network.

Mark Munoz, who was originally scheduled to face Chael Sonnen in the evening’s co-main event, is now officially off the card due to an injury.

Chael Sonnen, who was supposed to be walked to the octagon by WWE champion CM Punk before Vince McMahon put a halt to those plans, will now face Michael Bisping in a match that has the MMA world buzzing. The winner of this middleweight fight will get a shot at division king Anderson Silva later this year.

Bisping’s previously scheduled opponent Damien Maia, will now face undefeated prospect Chris Weidman.

UFC On FOX 2 emanates from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on January 28.
