Bobby Lashley Pulled From Mexico Tournament, TNA Bound For Glory Date Changed

– TNA Superstar Bobby Lashley is no longer working the ELITE tournament in Mexico.

One promoter who had Lashley booked says that with TNA Wrestling taking control of Lashley’s outside bookings, the company wanted to charge him $6,000 per match. The promoter says that is “far more” than Lashley had been charging in the past. With that being said, the promoter decided to pull Lashley from the tournament.

Lashley was also pulled from several other events, including shows in Puerto Rico.

Teddy Hart will be replacing Lashley in the ELITE tournament.

– TNA’s annual Bound for Glory pay-per-view event has been moved from September 11th to October 2nd, and will be held at Universal in Orlando, as opposed to an arena. Bobby Lashley vs. Ethan Carter III will headline the show.

As previously reported, the date was moved when WWE decided to add Backlash on September 11th as the date.
