Confirmed For Tonight’s WWE Smackdown & NXT Tapings
World Wrestling Entertainment will tape tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, the Smackdown portion of WWE Superstars and this week’s Smackdown tonight from the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.
Randy Orton defending his WWE World Title against Sheamus is the main event for tonight’s Smackdown taping. Adverts during Raw suggest Christian will be part of the main event in some type of capacity. Week 13 of NXT Season 5 will feature the second elimination of the season. The latest cut will bring the field down to four Rookies.
The advertised dark match main event for the live crowd features Randy Orton defending his World Title against Christian. This could be subject to change with Orton vs. Sheamus booked for the television taping.
