Cyndi Lauper’s RAW Appearance, Attitude Era DVD, Referee Angle
- Cyndi Lauper made her first appearance for WWE in over 20 years on Monday’s WWE RAW Supershow from Long Island. Roddy Piper wrote on Twitter that the segment was done to show where Cyndi is at now and to help fans remember WWE’s history for the upcoming 1,000th RAW.
- After Mick Foley mentioned it on Twitter earlier this year, there has been a lot of speculation on WWE doing an Attitude Era themed DVD set. Booker T mentioned during the WWE No Way Out pay-per-view, he was recently interviewed about the infamous era in WWE history.
- After taking the punch from Big Show at No Way Out, WWE referee Scott Armstrong was not on RAW Monday night. Armstrong tweeted on Monday, “#WWE Doctors say I’m not cleared for #Raw tonight…slight headache today and they’re not gonna take a chance. BigShow has a GOOD punch!”
- ECW Original The Sandman turns 48 years old today.
