Daniel Bryan Says He Hasn’t Heard From CM Punk, Talks Being Content With His Own Career

In the videos below , Daniel Bryan talks with Matt Dery of Detroit Sports 105.1 before this past Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown tapings. Here are a few highlights:

Being content with his career:
“I don’t ever think in terms of ‘making it.’ Success is a funny thing, because as soon as you reach one goal you have other goals. And that’s in any business. If you would’ve asked me before I even got to WWE if I had made it just based on my independent career in wrestling internationally, I would say to you, ‘Yeah.’ Even if that was the end of it, I didn’t have to do anything but put on spandex tights and go out and wrestle in front of people.”

The CM Punk situation:
“Honestly I don’t know that much. I haven’t heard from him since he left. The company hasn’t really released anything other than he’s no longer with the company right now. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.”
