Florida Judge Denies Hulk Hogan’s Restraining Order
- Hulk Hogan was denied a temporary restraining order against Gawker.com, meaning the site can continue to run pieces of the sex tape they were sent that showed Hogan in bed with the wife of former friend Bubba the Love Sponge.
There will be a hearing on November 8 where the judge could rule on a permanent injunction, but that is not expected in light of today’s ruling.
