- The dark main event after last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Albany saw The Shield returning beating down Randy Orton and Sheamus until Ryback made the save. It became a six-man tag which ended in a DQ after Roman Reigns brought in a chair. Orton, Sheamus and Ryback hit their finishers sending the fans home happy. (WWE SmackDown *Spoilers*)
- Michael Cole no longer uses the old Kerwin White theme song. He’s been coming out to a more generic contemporary rock song.
- Howard Finkel is currently in the Superstar Spotlight on WWE’s website.
