– WWE Hall of Famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper tweeted the following Friday: “In LA. Things starting to heat up. I have a surprize. It will come out Monday. But that’s just the beginning!! Dieing to get Rowdy. I’m also going to Toronto to do the longest running show in Canada. Dec 1st. Doc told me 6 months to fix neck. Got it done in 2 months.”
– WWE will hold a SmackDown taping on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California.
– WWE officials have discussed acquiring a mini-wrestler to feud with Hornswoggle in 2012. Mascarita Dorado, one of the top mini-wrestlers in Mexico, is under consideration for the role following a strong performance at an evaluation session last month in Mexico City.
