- Mr. Anderson earned the chance to face TNA World Champion Bobby Roode for the title on Thursday’s live Impact by defeating Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam at Sunday’s Slammiversary show. Roode successfully defended his championship at the event by defeating Sting.
- Miss Tessmacher commented on winning the TNA Knockouts Championship, writing on Twitter, “Thank you so much for all my TESSFLOCKERS that have always believed in me. Dreams do come true! New Knockouts Champ! Xo”
- Scott Steiner wrote the following on his Twitter during tonight’s Slammiversary pay-per-view: “Brooke Tessmacher will now be called miss tessmacher bcuz hogan wants it that way…..really… How about brooke A and brooke B …A is for amazon B is for beautiful..guess which brooke is the amazon”
