During tonight’s Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, Big E. Langston defeated the US Champion Dean Ambrose by count out. After their physical match, both men required medical attention, and WWE’s official website has posted the following:

MIAMI – United States Champion Dean Ambrose left WWE Hell in a Cell Sunday night with the title in his possession after being counted out against challenger Big E Langston. However, neither Superstar would leave “Hell” unscathed.

During their extremely physical battle, the enormous Langston looked to level Ambrose with a monstrous clothesline, resulting in a devastating head-to-head collision. The effects of the encounter quickly became evident during the bout, and after the match the challenger required 7 stitches underneath his right eye, while Ambrose received 8 stitches under his chin.
