John Cena Update Set For Monday’s Raw, News On Japan’s nWo Reunion This Weekend
- WWE’s website has a new video up with John Cena talking about his elbow surgery. Cena said the surgery was more intricate than originally thought. Cena promised that he will have an update on Monday’s RAW and would know more about when he will be able to return. Cena saw doctors again on Thursday but there’s no word yet on what they told him.
- The nWo reunion hype continues as Masahiro Chono has been announced for the September 23rd All Japan Pro Wrestling show in Kanagawa. This is the same event that will see former nWo partners Kevin Nash and The Great Muta team together. Nash commented on Twitter:
“Back at hotel,Great to see Muta and find out my buddy Chono will be at the show tomorrow,NWO Japan reunion! AJW thank’s for bringing me over”
Another former nWo member will be returning to All Japan for a tour in October – Scott Norton.
