JR Comments On The CM Punk Fan Incident, Tonight’s NXT Taping, Main Event Ratings News

- Jim Ross tweeted the following to a fan about the CM Punk fan incident on RAW:

“It’s a non issue @ this point per those involved. Unfortunate, isolated matter. #WWE”

– WWE will tape three more episodes of NXT tonight from Full Sail University in Florida. Besides WWE Tag Team Champions Kane and Daniel Bryan appearing, it’s also been revealed that Michael Cole will be there. As usual, Jim Ross will be there. Stay tuned later tonight for full spoilers from the tapings.

– The exact rating wasn’t reported before but the October 3rd debut episode of WWE Main Event on Ion did an 0.9 rating with 1.40 million viewers. Ion averages 920,000 viewers in primetime, so Main Event drew higher, but that average also includes Friday and Saturday numbers which bring it down. It should be noted that in primetime, Ion usually airs reruns.
