Lance Storm Student Works WWE Tryout, Darren Young Sides With CM Punk, More

- NWA Hollywood wrestler Nick Madrid was one of the wrestlers who worked WWE’s big tryout in California last week. If WWE signs him, he will be the seventh talent trained by Lance Storm to end up with a WWE developmental deal.

- We noted before that former WWE announcers Jonathan Coachman and Todd Grisham hosted ESPN’s SportsCenter for the first time ever last night. The two will do it again tonight at 8pm.

- Darren Young is one of the few WWE Superstars to side with CM Punk regarding his attack on Jerry Lawler. Young tweeted:

“Even though @CMPunk & I have never seen eye2eye in the past I dont blame him 4 punishing #TheKing! #Manup & give credit where credit is due!”
