Latest On Paul Heyman’s WWE Status, Backstage News On Ryback & Jinder Mahal Feud, MDC
- As PWMania previously reported, Paul Heyman has re-signed with WWE as his original deal ran through SummerSlam. In addition to appearing regularly on TV with CM Punk now, Heyman will be used to hype the Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H rematch that is planned.
- Following Monday night’s RAW, the feud between Ryback and Jinder Mahal is considered to be done. WWE wanted to make sure that Ryback was booked to look strong last night as Vince McMahon and others weren’t happy with last week’s match against Jack Swagger and how it was booked.
- The passing of actor Michael Clarke Duncan was a topic backstage at RAW Monday night. Duncan was a huge WWE fan and a lot of the WWE crew were sad to hear of his passing.
