Latest On WWE Partnering With Tapout, WWE Network To Honor Black History Month, Superstars

– WWE’s deal with Tapout is reportedly close to being finalized and should be announced at any time, according to F4Wonline.com. The MMA clothing brand is expected to be announced as WWE’s new partner as a pro wrestling clothing brand.

– WWE Network will be honoring Black History Month with content from Mid-South Wrestling and other promotions in February. Below are descriptions of two shows that premiere on February 5th:

“On this episode of Mid-South Wrestling, Junkyard Dog looks to topple King Kong Bundy in one on one action and more. From October 15, 1983.”

“Booker T and Stevie Ray’s success as The Ebony Experience is on display as they compete in Bunkhouse Battle Royal. From July 7, 1992.”

– This week’s WWE Superstars was just a RAW recap. As noted, WWE did not tape any Superstars matches this week due to Monday’s tapings being canceled.
