- Wrestlers who qualified for next week’s King of the Ring tournament on Raw include Sheamus, Ezekiel Jackson, United States Champion Daniel Bryan and John Morrison.
- The King of the Ring tournament will be an eight-man event with the other four qualifying matches taking place at tomorrow night’s Smackdown tapings.
- WWE announced that SmackDown stars Big Show, Alberto Del Rio, Kofi Kingston, Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio, Jack Swagger, MVP and Cody Rhodes will compete in King of the Ring qualifying matches on this week’s show. Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio has been previously announced.
- Jim Neidhart did an interview on 1360AM in Philadelphia and said his recent legal issues are behind him. “Everything is good, and I’m in really good shape right now,” Neidhart said.
