Maria Menounos To Return To The Ring & Beth Phoenix Update
- Beth Phoenix said in the latest issue of WWE Magazine that she would like to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Title. Beth told the magazine in the July issue when asked what she would like to be the first Diva to do: “Compete for the World Heavyweight Title. I’ve broken down many of WWE’s gender barriers, and I’d love the chance just to compete for it.”
- Maria Menounos, who wrestled at WrestleMania 28, says in the new WWE Magazine that she’d love to get back in the ring. “I hope it’s not my last appearance in the ring, that’s for sure,” she said in the July issue. “But, I’d give Beth Phoenix another shot whenever she wants it…if she’s up for it. I actually do wonder about what a one-on-one match against Beth would be like. And, I do fantasize secretly about it… I would never say no to an opportunity like that.”
