“Million Dollar Man” Remembers Sherri, Most Outrageous WWE Stars


- Today marks the five-year anniversary of the passing of “Sensational” Sherri Martel, who died at the age of 49 at her mother’s residence in McCalla, Alabama. On September 11, 2007, homicide investigators in Tuscaloosa, Alabama stated via toxicology report that she died of an accidental overdose with six drugs in her system, including high amounts of oxycodone.

Some of the legendary wrestler’s friends and colleagues share their experiences and memories of her with RingBellesOnline.com, including the man who inducted her into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2006, “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase.
