On this week’s edition of Smackdown, Sami Zayn presented Shinsuke Nakamura with a new Intercontinental Title Championship belt. Twitter account @WrestleVotes had reported last week that two new WWE championship designs were being made with one being the Universal Title and the other being the IC Title.
