- Eric Young beat Gunner to win the TNA TV Championship on last night’s Impact Wrestling. The match, taped last Tuesday, featured a swerve as Young laid down and told Gunner to pin him only to roll him up and capture the title.

- The current storyline for Beer Money is that James Storm will have to find a new tag team partner for their Tag Team Title defense at the Slammiversary pay-per-view since Robert Roode was injured after an attack from Immortal on last week’s show.

- Mick Foley said on last night’s Impact Wrestling that they will be searching the world for the best X Division wrestlers and putting them in an Ultimate X match at June’s Destination X pay-per-view.
