News On Matches For Rey Mysterio DVD, Superstars Match Taped
– A match pitting Trent Barreta against SmackDown newcomer Tyson Kidd was taped Tuesday night in Greensboro, North Carolina for this week’s episode of WWE Superstar.
WWE Superstars announcer Jack Korpela complemented the match on Twitter, writing: “Don’t miss WWE Superstars this week on WWE.com! @trentylocks and Tyson Kidd just had an incredibly thrilling match. Best I’ve ever called.”
– Raw Superstar Vladimir Kozlov celebrates his 39th birthday today.
– Silvervision has announced that WWE’s upcoming three-disc DVD set on Rey Mysterio, Rey Mysterio: The Life of a Masked Man, will feature a total of twenty matches—two ECW matches, six WCW matches and twelve WWE matches.
