The show started off with Chris Sabin coming down to ringside along with his manager Ric Flair, Sabin said that at Survivor Series he made a impact by pinning both Kane & Batista and everybody asked him why didn’t he cash in at Survivor Series, the reason is simple because he wanted to make another statement why he was the 1# contender and why he could become the next World Heavyweight champion and at Santa’s Invasion he will end the year as the new World champion and he would have won every price he could win seeing from where he came from, he said at Invasion he will beat the Undertaker and prove to him that at Survivor Series the deadman was lucky of beating him in the end, lights went out as the Undertaker made his way to ringside and turned on the lights with a massive explosion, Taker told Sabin that he has a bright future ahead of him but he just made the biggest mistake of his career and that was entering the ring with the Undertaker, Taker said he has beaten every superstar that there is to beat and that also includes you, I have taken everybody there souls and put them to rest, at Survivor Series you saw a little of your future and that future is death, at Santa’s Invasion you will look me deep into my eyes and you will see that you will have no chance in Hell of beating the Lord of Darkness, Sabin said that Taker is a impressive champion seeing that he kept the title since Mania but his days will be over and the day of the future Chris Sabin begins as he and Flair walk out of the ring as Taker looks at them.
Rhino was beaten in his elimination match by AJ Styles and tonight he wanted some revenge as he gave Styles a serious beating as only Rhino could give, Styles however fought himself back into the match and gave Rhino a run for his money and showed him that it wasn’t a mistake that he beat Rhino, Styles missed a moonsault as Rhino took control and powerbombed Styles but he kicked out, Rhino looked for the Gore but Styles stepped away as Rhino hit himself hard into the corner as Styles caught the momentum and nailed the Styles Clash on Rhino for another impressive victory but not long could be enjoy his victory as Raven snuck up from behind and nailed the Evenflow DDT on Styles as the Alliance gave Styles a beating he wouldn’t forget.
Edge made his way to ringside and he complained about how Daniels beat him at Survivor Series escaping the cage and not pinning him instead, he said that Daniels was a pathetic champion who took the easy way out because still deep in his hearth he knows he can’t beat him, he said he wanted another shot at the Television Championship and called out Daniels, Daniels came down with a smile on his face and he said that he fans became annoyed of all the complaining Edge does after he lost another match, Daniels said that if he could remember correctly he has beaten him now 4 times in a row and you still call it luck, he said that at Survivor Series the rules where simple, it was pin your opponent or leave the cage first and after I gave you a serious beating I left the cage because you were humiliated enough but since you think you haven’t had enough I could give you one last chance of beating me, Edge said he would not only beat Daniels but end his career as well, Daniels laughed and said that he heard that many times before but he is now the dominant champion, Edge said that the time of laughing was over and he challenged Daniels to a match he never went into, a 3 stages to Hell match, it’s a cage with 3 levels and the title will hang above the third level which you need to climb up to, to get the championship, he asked if Daniels would accept or would he take the easy way out, Daniels said he would accept the challenge and than kicked Edge into the midsection and nailed Angel Wings on him as Daniels held the Championship high in the air.
Bobby Roode took on former TV champion Michael Shane in singles action as Shane dominated the match and beat on the man he pinned last at Survivor Series to give his team the win, Shane nailed the flying elbow and a spinebuster but Roode kicked out, Williams also interfered in the match but Shane kicked him off the apron but Roode caught momentum and nailed a side walk slam on Shane and looked for the Northern Lariat but Shane escaped it and planted a DDT on Roode, Shane got back up and nailed a powerslam on Roode and signalled for the end and there it comes Sweet Chin Music as he covered for the win, after the match Williams entered the ring and tried to attack Shane but Shane overpowered Williams and nailed him with Sweet Chin Music as well, Shane took a mic and said that he may have lost the TV title but he now will have his sights on bigger prices, he said he would have a open challenge for Santa’s Invasion to somebody who thinks he can beat him.
Scott Hall took on Shocker as this match never officially went underway as the New World Order completely decimated Shocker before the bell even rang, Hall took full advantage of Nash & Steiner at ringside as Shocker didn’t knew who to keep a eye on as Hall took Shocker off guard and nailed him with a full nelson slam and than slammed him into the corner and followed with a elbow to the face, Hall than picked up Shocker and nailed the Outsiders Edge for a easy win but the N.W.O weren’t done as Steiner than put Shocker into the Steiner Recliner and after he released it Nash picked him up and nailed a devastating Jackknife Powerbomb on Shocker as from that moment all light weights made it to ringside to attack the N.W.O but size and strength were to much as the N.W.O cleaned house on all light weights as they than left with huge smiles on there faces as the fans booed them out of the building.

Lollipop made her way to ringside with ECW champion Abyss following, she said that at Survivor Series Abyss showed the world why he is the most fearless man of all, she said Abyss had beaten every superstar that thought they were extreme enough of beating the monster but they all failed, she further said that it seemed that there isn’t any competition left for the monster, this brought out Chris Benoit, Benoit said that Abyss is a impressive monster and showed he can deliver big but Benoit said that since they both survived he would make a challenge to the monster for the ECW Championship, Lollipop thought about it and she said that Benoit was right and he should get a opportunity, this than brought out the leader of the Alliance Rob van Dam, RVD said that at Survivor Series he was cheated out of the match and he never lost so he claimed that he should be facing Abyss instead at Santa’s Invasion, next who came out as Kurt Angle who said the last time he met Abyss he was cheated out as well and should deserve another shot at the Championship as well as all four argued with each other who should face the champion. This brought out GM Stephanie McMahon and she said that since all 3 wanted a shot at the gold and Abyss had shown that he can take whatever comes in his way she made the match a Four Way Dance but not a normal Four Way but a Extreme Four Way Elimination Match and than we will see who will walk into 2007 the ECW champion.
In the main event it was Bill Goldberg facing the Big Red Machine Kane as the match went back and forth between both men as Goldberg took off with a lot of aggression to Kane who cost him the title several months ago but never got the chance for revenge until tonight, Goldberg powerslammed Kane several times and nailed a impressive military press on Kane but Kane kicked out, Goldberg than nailed Kane with a massive Spear but again Kane kicked out, Goldberg than looked for the Jackhammer but Kane got out of it and Chokeslammed Goldberg down to Hell but Goldberg somehow kicked out, Kane than unleashed his fury on Goldberg and nailed him with a big boot and a huge leg drop but Goldberg kicked out, Kane than went to the top and delivered with a flying closeline and again looked for the Chokeslam but Goldberg countered that with a kick to the midsection of Kane and nailed a Pump handle slam on Kane, Goldberg slammed Kane into the corner and followed but Kane nailed Goldberg with a elbow to the face and closelined him down big time, Kane than picked up Goldberg and nailed a side walk slam on him as Kane got up and signalled for the end and picked up Goldberg for the Tombstone and delivered it but before he could make the count it was HHH who entered the right with a chair and clocked it right onto the head of Kane as Kane got up and turned around HHH clocked it right into the face of Kane knocking him down as the ref already called for the bell and tried to stop HHH but HHH threw the ref out of the ring and continued to beat Kane with the chair, HHH put the chair onto the mat and picked up Kane and delivered a sick Pedigree right onto the chair as HHH yelled at Kane never to enter his business again as he stood before a fallen Kane and reached his hands high in the air as the show went off the air.
