A HOT ENDING OF THE YEAR!!!!
Inside a full packed Invesco Field in Denver the show opened with massive fireworks and pyro’s as the logo of Nitro appeared on the big screens as a shot of the hot crowd was shown was they went nuts holding there signs.
Jim Ross: Welcome wrestling fans to Santa’s Invasion, the last stop before 2007 and boy what a night it’s going to be, 5 Championships will be decided but the one everybody wants to see is the 3 stages to Hell.
Joey Styles: Yes indeed JR, it will be 3 cages with the Championship above the third cage and the one who gets the title first wins the match, there are so many great matches so let’s go down to ringside for the first bout of the night.
RSM WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
AMERICA’S MOST WANTED © v MNM
Match Highlights: A late re-match of there WrestleMania encounter which was one of the hottest tag matches ever in history, Harris started the match with Mercury as he had the control and AMW showed great chemistry again as they tagged each other several times in the match and isolated Mercury in the early going, Storm slammed Mercury into the corner and followed but Mercury countered with a elbow and than dropkicked Storm down and tagged in Nitro who nailed a suplex on Storm as Harris entered the ring but Nitro ducked a closeline and than nailed a DDT on Harris but Storm countered with a low blow which the ref didn’t see, Storm than slammed Nitro in the corner and worked on his midsection and eventually tagged in Harris as they send Nitro into the ropes and connected with a double back body drop as Harris went to the top and delivered a flying elbow and covered but Nitro kicked out, Harris slammed Nitro into the corner and than nailed a series of shoulder blocks into the midsection of Nitro, Harris than pulled Nitro up on the turnbuckles and followed but Nitro fought back and knocked Harris of the ropes as Nitro than got up and delivered a flying body splash on Harris and covered but Harris kicked out, Nitro tagged in Mercury as Nitro nailed a backbreaker and Mercury followed with a elbow and covered but Harris again kicked out, Mercury send Harris into the ropes and caught him with a powerslam and covered but Harris kicked out, Mercury and put a head scissor on Harris but Harris eventually got himself out of it with a fall away slam as both men were down, the ref made the count but Mercury was back up and tagged in Nitro as Harris tagged in Storm as they started a brawl against each other as Nitro got the better of Storm and closelined him over the ropes to the outside as Nitro than elevated himself over the ropes right onto Storm as the fans loved it, Nitro rolled back into the ring to break the count and went back and grabbed Storm and slammed him back first into the ring post before he rolled him back into the ring as Nitro jumped on the apron and than elevated himself over the ropes and connected with a leg drop on Storm and covered but Storm kicked out, Nitro send Storm into the ropes and ducked as Storm kicked Nitro in the face and than closelined him down and tagged in Harris, Harris than nailed a neckbreaker on Nitro and than knocked Mercury of the apron as Harris than worked on the legs of Nitro and put him in some submissions but Nitro refused to tap but was in pain as Harris grabbed the leg of Nitro and put it on the middle rope and jumped on it as Nitro was hurt, Harris than grabbed Nitro and brought him into the centre of the ring and put the figure four on him as Nitro was screaming in pain and tried to reach the ropes but he couldn’t as it seemed he almost should have tapped it was Mercury entering the ring and kicked Harris in the face to break it as Storm also entered the ring and complete chaos happened, Storm and Mercury fought on the outside as Harris nailed a crossbody on Nitro as the ref was on the outside as Melina grabbed one of the championship belts and went into the ring as Harris turned around Melina clocked the title in his face as Harris wasn’t down but hurt as Melina threw the title to Nitro as Harris grabbed Melina but Nitro was up as Harris turned around Nitro clocked him right into the face knocking Harris out cold as Melina grabbed the belt and left the ring as the ref saw the pin and made the count 1..2..2.999 Harris kicked out as Nitro couldn’t believe it as Melina screamed, Mercury slammed Storm hard into the steel steps and entered the ring as they than nailed the Snap Shot on Harris as Nitro covered and the red made the count 1..2..3 as MNM have beaten AMW and became the NEW World Tag Team champions as Melina cheered and grabbed the titles and gave it to her men as they all laughed and tricked AMW right here tonight and stole the gold away.
Jim Ross: What a major upset here tonight as MNM cheated to win the Tag Team Championship away of AMW, it’s for sure Joey that this rivalry is far from over, you can believe that one.
Joey Styles: It seems that it’s just a new beginning in there feud JR, what a start of the PPV, but what about our next match JR, another title match, can Bryan Danielson to the impossible here tonight of beating Scott Hall for the X Division Championship.
Jim Ross: The last months the N.W.O terrorized the light weight division but London & Danielson stepped up and tonight Danielson can prove that they can compete with some off the big dogs in the industry and his championship is on the line next.
X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP

Match Highlights: Hall started aggressive on the X division champion and hammered him into the corner with some right hands, he than send Danielson into the ropes and closelined him down big time as Hall seemed to have fun with it, Hall picked up Danielson and dropped him head first onto the top turnbuckle as Danielson was down as Hall than slapped Danielson into the face to get back up, Hall picked up Danielson and nailed a side walk slam on him and covered but Danielson kicked out, Hall slammed Danielson into the corner and followed but Danielson had his knee up and jumped on the second rope and nailed a flying DDT on Hall as the fans loved it, Danielson than went up top and delivered a moonsault and covered but Hall kicked out, Danielson than slammed Hall into the corner and followed with a flying splash but Hall still stood in the corner as Danielson looked for another one as Hall caught him in mid air and nailed a powerslam on Danielson and covered but Danielson kicked out, Hall than nailed a backbreaker on Danielson and held him into a submission and yelled at Danielson if he wanted to give it up as Danielson said no as Hall nailed another one on him and dropped him, Hall looked at the fans and laughed as the booed him as Hall than dropped a elbow on Danielson and covered but Danielson kicked out, Hall send Danielson into the ropes but missed a closeline as Danielson than nailed a dropkick to Hall and than closelined him over the ropes to the outside as Danielson jumped up the top turnbuckle and dived to Hall on the outside as the fans were standing and cheered on Danielson as Hall was down as Danielson nailed him with lefts and rights, Danielson wanted to slam Hall into the steel steps but Hall reversed it as Danielson was hit hard into the steps as Hall rolled him back into the ring and followed, he grabbed Danielson by the head and put a knee in the back and held him into another submission but Danielson refused to tap as Hall became a little frustrated, Hall send Danielson into the ropes and caught him and nailed a spinebuster on him and covered but Danielson kicked out, Hall than signalled for the end and picked Danielson up for the Outsiders Edge but Danielson escaped it and nailed another DDT on Hall, Danielson went to the top and nailed the diving head butt on Hall as the fans were cheering as Danielson signalled for the end but wait a minute Kevin Nash made it down to ringside and jumped on the apron as the ref stopped him as Danielson looked at him but grabbed Hall for the Dagger Bomb but Hall countered it with a low blow as the ref send Nash back to the back as Hall than picked up Danielson and nailed the Outsiders Edge on him as the crowd booed him but London came threw the crowd as the ref made the count but somehow London put a leg of Danielson on the ropes to stop the count as the ref saw it as Hall couldn’t believe it and argued with the ref as he saw London standing and argued with London as Danielson slowly got back up and than rolled Hall up as the counted 1..2..3 as Danielson had done the unthinkable as he rolled out of the ring as London picked him up and raised his hand as the fans were all standing as Hall was furious and couldn’t believe it that he lost as a angry Hall beat down the ref and nailed the Outsiders Edge on him as Danielson held the X Division Title in the air as the fans gave him a great ovation.
Joey Styles: Oh my god Bryan Danielson have done the unthinkable here tonight beating Scott Hall as he and London outsmarted the New World Order here tonight and humiliated Hall here tonight.
Jim Ross: This is Justice Joey, the N.W.O asked for this for a long time and finally they got what they deserved, the light weights have shown the world that they can compete and I agree with them.
Joey Styles: Absolutely, what a night, 2 surprises and looking at the card still to come it could be a hot night indeed, let’s go backstage to have some exclusive comments of HHH standing with Maria.
• Maria asked HHH about his thoughts of tonight when he meets Kane in a No Holds Barred Match for a shot at a Championship, HHH said that he wanted revenge on Kane for costing him the title at Havoc and he would beat him in a game he is good in, HHH said he can beat whoever is in his way and Kane is just a stop before he can get his hands again on the World Heavyweight Championship which he deserved, Maria said that Kane wanted to destroy HHH once and for all here tonight, HHH said that Kane is a loser as he only stands in the shadow of his brother, Taker is using him and he lets him do that but tonight that will be over because for Kane it will be Game over when I’m done with him.
Jim Ross: Let’s go down to ringside for our next match as Michael Shane opened a open challenge and Batista answered this one, can Shane overcome the Animal and make himself a possible contender for the top spots.

MICHAEL SHANE v BATISTA
Match Highlights: Batista & Shane had a stare down as they locked it up as Batista overpowered Shane and slammed him into the corner and than nailed him with huge lefts and rights, he than send Shane into the ropes and connected with a back body drop as Shane got up Batista closelined him down and than did it another time as Shane rolled out of the ring to take his time but Batista followed as Shane countered that and kicked Batista in the midsection and than slammed him head first into the steel steps and rolled him back into the ring as Shane went to the top and delivered a missile dropkick on Batista and covered but Batista kicked out, Shane slammed Batista in the corner and followed but Batista nailed him with a big boot and closelined Shane down, Batista than grabbed Shane and nailed a neckbreaker on him and covered but Shane kicked out, Batista slammed Shane into the corner and followed but Shane kicked him into the face and picked up Batista and dropped him head first onto the turnbuckles and rolled him up but Batista kicked out, Shane than nailed a backbreaker and held Batista into a submission but refused to tap as Shane nailed a side walk slam on Batista and went to the top and delivered with a flying elbow and covered but Batista kicked out, Shane send Batista into the ropes and kicked him into the midsection and nailed a piledriver on him and covered but Batista again kicked out, Shane slammed Batista into the corner and nailed him with lefts and rights and than nailed a couple of shoulderblocks into the midsection of Batista as he than put Batista up the top turnbuckle and followed but Batista fought back and nailed Shane with a huge right hand as Shane fell to the mat as Batista stood up and jumped to Shane but Shane rolled out of the way as Batista hit the mat hard, Shane got back up and awaited Batista to get back up as Shane was ready for it and looked for Sweet Chin music as Batista turned around there it comes but Batista grabbed Shane his leg and turned him around and nailed a devastating closeline on him, Batista send Shane into the ropes and caught him with a huge spinebuster as Batista signalled for the end and grabbed Shane for the Batista Bomb and picked him up but Shane countered in mid air with a neckbreaker as both men were down as the ref started to make the count, Shane crawled back up as did Batista as a slugfest started between the two as Batista was stronger than Shane and slammed him into the corner and nailed him with a elbow, Batista send Shane into the ropes and connected with a back body drop as Batista again signalled for it and grabbed Shane for the Batista Bomb but Shane countered it with a back body drop of his own as Batista got back up Shane nailed him with a double arm DDT as Shane got up and looked at the fans and tuned up the band as Batista got up and turned around Shane nailed him with Sweet Chin Music that shook the ring 1..2..3 Michael Shane has done it, he has beaten the Animal here tonight as he celebrated his huge victory as the fans went nuts.
Backstage Batista was furious about another PPV loss and he said that he thought about quitting it all, he said he was lost in the mix after he lost his World Heavyweight Championship, Nash appeared on the screen as he said to Batista that he knew how he felt and if he wanted some time to talk he could approach him as Nash said he could have something to improve Batista as Batista looked at Nash and said he was ready to talk as Nash closed the door behind them.
Jim Ross: It seems that Nash looks to have found a new member for the N.W.O in Batista but what the hell does Batista have to do there.
Joey Styles: No idea JR but it seems that Batista is lost in his own way after he lost his precious championship at Mania and he is right, he has lost in the last couple of PPV events against the newcomers.
Jim Ross: Let’s go down to ringside for the next match which will be an 3 stages to Hell to see who will walk out of Invasion as the Television champion.

3 STAGES OF HELL MATCH
CHRIS DANIELS © v EDGE
Match Highlights: Both men were locked in the lowest Cage as they looked at each other as the TV Championship was hanging above the third cage as they locked it on as Daniels got the upperhand and slammed Edge into the corner and beat on him, Daniels send Edge hard into the steel of the cage and continued doing that and than dropkicked Edge down as Daniels grabbed a ladder and set it up to go to the second level as he climbed the ladder Edge got back up and grabbed Daniels and got him off the ladder as he than send Daniels into the ropes and made a baseball tackle as Daniels hit his head first into the ladder as Daniels was busted open as Edge put the ladder onto the neck of Daniels and climbed to the second level, Daniels however got to the second level as well but Edge saw him coming and kicked him several times into the face but Daniels didn’t gave in and eventually entered the second level as well, Edge picked him up and slammed him into the steel and than grabbed him with a spinebuster, Edge grabbed a chair and clocked it several times onto the back of Daniels who was in real pain as Edge was smiling, Edge put the chair onto the ground and picked up Daniels and nailed a double arm DDT onto the chair, Edge grabbed the ladder of the first level and put it up to got the third but Daniels got back up and grabbed the chair and clocked it onto the back of Edge who fell of the ladder as Edge got up Daniels clocked the chair right into the face of Edge busting him open as well, Daniels send Edge into the ropes and again nailed him with a massive chair shot as Edge was out cold, Daniels than went up the ladder and turned around and dove of the ladder right onto Edge was the fans went completely nuts as both men were down, Daniels got back up and set the ladder to climb it but Edge just grabbed him in time and nailed a low blow on Daniels and than grabbed him and powerbombed him right of the ladder as the fans couldn’t believe it as JR calls that Daniels could be broken in half, Edge got up and awaited till Daniels got up as Daniels turned around as Edge speared him right into the steel of the cage as that side opened up of the cage, Edge than grabbed Daniels and slammed him the corner of the cage and worked on his midsection and than nailed a German suplex on Daniels, Edge than looked at the open side and looked at Daniels, Edge than hammered on Daniels as they got closer to the opening as Edge nailed another huge left as Daniels was almost out as Edge got him some space and run to Daniels but Daniels stepped out of the way as Edge almost went out of the cage as the fans screamed big time as Edge turned around Daniels levelled him with a huge right hand, Daniels grabbed the ladder and slammed it right into the face of Edge and than set it up and climbed to the third level of the cage but Edge found a way to climb the ladder as well and followed but Daniels awaited him and grabbed Edge and nailed Last Rites on Edge, Daniels than walked to the door in the third level and opened it as Edge got up as well and followed but Daniels slammed the door right into the face of Edge, Edge got up as Daniels wanted to do it another time but Edge countered it and dropkicked the door right into the face of Daniels who almost fell of the cage, Edge got out and slammed Daniels into the steel and than nailed the Edgecution on Daniels as Edge climbed to the top but Daniels also climbed it as Edge tried to get the title as Daniels was also up the cage as they nailed each other with lefts and rights as Edge got the better of Daniels and knocked him down but Daniels got back up as Edge grabbed him and nailed a powerslam on Daniels, and again tried to get the title but Daniels held his feet as Edge turned around and nailed Daniels with some hard kicks to the face and picked up Daniels and said it was all over for him but Daniels than nailed a low blow of himself on Edge and than nailed Angel Wings on the top as the fans cheered big time as Daniels got up and grabbed the Television Championship as the ref called for the bell as Daniels retained the Television Championship in a hard fought win over Edge as he held the title in the air as the fans were cheering big time.
Jim Ross: Unbelievable what a match that was Joey, I thought that someone would be thrown of the cage but luckily that didn’t happen as Daniels made it another win over Edge here tonight, could this finally be the end of there rivalry.
Joey Styles: I don’t know JR, Edge seemed obsessed of winning the TV Title and he has come close here tonight but who knows what 2007 will bring for him, but what about our next match.
Jim Ross: HHH made it hard for himself after attacking the GM Stephanie McMahon last Monday and he finds himself in a No Holds Barred Match but we have heard that McMahon is here tonight and she will have something to say to HHH.
HHH made his way to ringside as the fans cheered and booed him as he posed but before Kane made his way out it was Stephanie McMahon coming out with security and she said that she still feels the affect of the Pedigree but she would be here and punish HHH for what he did to her, she said that if HHH would lose here tonight, he would lose his opportunity of fighting for the Heavyweight Championship over 2007 but it wasn’t all, if he could beat Kane here tonight he would have his shot at the ECW title but in the first show of 2007 he would face Kane & Undertaker in a Handicap Match and if he lost that one he would still lose the right of fighting the title in 2007, she further said that if he ever thought about touching her again she would make sure that his career would end quickly than he ever imagined as HHH looked pissed off due to McMahon as he grabbed a mic and said that if she could make this all by herself why wouldn’t we do it otherwise, if I beat Kane here tonight and you want me out of the Championship race, why don’t you set up a match between you and me and than I will make sure that your days as GM are over, Stephanie said he could threaten her but she is boss of Nitro and she could make his life a living hell and she would never agree to work a match against him but she could make interesting matches to see how good HHH really is as she laughed and said that they would begin right here tonight as Kane made his way to ringside.

HHH v KANE
Match Highlights: Kane & HHH directly went it on as Kane overpowered HHH in the early going and slammed him hard into the corner and nailed him with hard rights and lefts as Kane send HHH into the ropes and connected with a back body drop and than closelined HHH over the ropes to the outside as Kane followed as Kane slammed HHH into the ring barrier and than he smashed HHH into the steel steps, he rolled him back into the ring as Kane went up top and delivered a flying closeline on HHH and covered but HHH kicked out, Kane rolled back to the outside and grabbed a chair and went back in but HHH fought back and kicked he chair into the face of Kane and closelined the big red monster down, HHH grabbed the chair and clocked it several times onto the back of Kane and than dropped the chair onto the mat and grabbed Kane and nailed a piledriver right onto the chair and covered but Kane kicked out, HHH went to the outside and set up a table on the outside and also brought one into the ring and put the table into a corner and slammed Kane into the opposite corner and worked on Kane with right and lefts and than send Kane to the table but Kane reversed it as HHH smashed right threw the table as the fans loved it, Kane picked up HHH and nailed a huge powerslam on him and covered but somehow HHH kicked out, Kane send HHH into the corner and followed with a hard closeline and than nailed him with a elbow to the face, he picked up HHH and nailed a crossbody on him and covered but HHH kicked out, Kane grabbed the chair and clocked it right into the face of HHH knocking him out cold but Kane wasn’t done and awaited HHH to get back up as HHH turned around Kane clocked him again right into the face busting HHH wide open as Kane covered but HHH kicked out, Kane than brought HHH to the outside on the apron and grabbed him by the throat and chokeslammed him right threw the table as the fans were cheering big time as HHH could be broken in half as Kane rolled him back into the ring and covered but HHH kicked out just in time as Kane was furious and grabbed the chair and nailed HHH with it several times as Kane refused to stop with the beating he gave to HHH as the ref ordered Kane to stop but he refused as HHH was bleeding pretty bad as the ref wanted to call for the bell but Stephanie was still on the ramp told the ref not to do so since it was No Holds Barred and it would only end before someone was pinned as Kane picked up HHH and dropped him head first onto the turnbuckles and nailed him with a big boot and covered as the ref counted but Kane pulled him back up as the ref asked what the hell he did that for as Kane got up and grabbed the chair and dropped it onto the mat and picked up HHH and nailed a devastating Tombstone right onto the chair that shook the ring as Kane covered as the ref counted 1..2..3 as Kane won this one, after the match Stephanie ordered Kane to continue the beating as the ref wanted to stop him but Kane grabbed him by the throat and chokeslammed him to Hell as Kane picked up HHH again and nailed another Tombstone onto the chair as Kane than set all corners into fire before leaving as EMT rushed down to ringside checking on HHH as Stephanie had some revenge here tonight on HHH giving him maybe his worst beating he ever got in his career.
Joey Styles: HHH had gotten what he deserved after what he did to GM McMahon but such a beating as he got here tonight was a little out of control, Kane beat him so badly that HHH could be out for several weeks.
Jim Ross: He is a 10 time world champion but his recent actions have caused these kinds of problems that he now has, Kane gave him a beating of a lifetime and gets himself a shot at the ECW Championship.
Joey Styles: Which in case is our next match on the card, can Abyss overcome 3 opponents and retain his precious ECW Championship which he defended successfully for several months now.
ECW WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
EXTREME FATAL FOUR ELIMINATION MATCH
ABYSS © v ROB VAN DAM v CHRIS BENOIT v KURT ANGLE
Match Highlights: Everything is legal in this match to eliminate your opponent and the last one standing wins the match and the Championship as RVD directly attacks the champion as Angle & Benoit are locking it up as well, Abyss overpowers RVD and nailed him with a closeline and a kick to the face as Abyss picks him up and nailed a powerslam on RVD as Angle slammed Benoit into the corner and followed but Benoit nailed Angle with a elbow and grabbed him with a double underhook suplex, Benoit & Abyss team up and closelines Angle over the ropes to the outside and than send RVD into the ropes and connected with a double back body drop as Abyss than drops a leg drop on RVD and covers but RVD kicks out, Benoit went to the outside and grabbed Angle and slammed him head first onto the apron, he picks Angle up and slams him back first into the ring post as Benoit grabs some cables and chokes Angle out with it, inside the ring Abyss send RVD into the ropes and ducks as RVD kicks him into the face and than nailed a double arm DDT on the champion , RVD went to the outside and grabbed himself a table with barbed wire on it and placed it into a corner and picked up Abyss and send him into the ropes and kicked him into the midsection and than powerbombed Abyss as RVD covered but Abyss kicked out, Benoit grabbed a chair and clocked it several times onto the back of Angle, Benoit than nails Angle with some hard right hands as they walk up the ramp as Benoit wants to piledrive Angle onto the ramp but Angle countered with a back body drop and than jumped on Benoit and slammed his head onto the steel of the ramp, he than picks up Benoit and slams him against the video wall, RVD had also a chair and clocks Abyss with it right into the face but the monster is still standing as RVD clocks him again as Abyss drops to the ground in the corner as RVD runs to Abyss and nailed the Vandaminator on Abyss as RVD grabs Abyss and pulls him to the centre for the cover but Abyss kicks out, on the ramp Benoit had found a way to get the upperhand on Angle but before he knew it Angle countered and grabbed Benoit and nailed a underhook suplex on Benoit sending him off the ramp right threw some tables as Benoit could have been broken in half as Angle went down and made the cover 1..2..3 as Chris Benoit had been eliminated first, inside the ring RVD dropkicked Abyss down and than nailed a Rolling Thunder and covered but Abyss kicked out as RVD went to the top but he missed the 5 Star Frog Splash as Abyss rolled out of the way, Angle slowly walked back to the ring and grabbed a chair and entered the ring as Abyss turned around as Angle clocked him right into the face sending the champion down to the mat but RVD saw his momentum and dropkicked the chair right into the face of Angle busting him open and went to the top and delivered a 5 Star Frog Splash on Angle that shook the ring and covered 1..2..3 Kurt Angle has been eliminated as well as Abyss got back on his feet in the corner and RVD than nailed a flying heel kick on Abyss in the corner and than rolled him up but Abyss kicked out, RVD send Abyss into the corner and ducked as Abyss kicked him into the face and nailed a big DDT on RVD and covered but RVD kicked out, Abyss picked up RVD and dropped him head first onto the turnbuckles and than nailed him with a big boot, Abyss send to the outside and brought in another table as he than send RVD into the ropes and caught him and nailed a big spinebuster right threw the table as the fans were loving it as Abyss covered but Raven entered the ring and broke it up as Raven worked on Abyss but Abyss fought back and nailed Raven with a Chokeslam as Rhino was next as Abyss turned around as Rhino nailed the Gore on Abyss and rolled RVD on top as the ref counted but Abyss kicked out just in time, Rhino & RVD send Abyss into the ropes but missed a closeline as Abyss closelined both men down and than threw Rhino over the ropes to the outside as Sabu was standing on the turnbuckles and jumped to Abyss but Abyss saw him coming and grabbed him by the throat and Chokeslammed him down big time but RVD nailed a low blow on Abyss and nailed a DDT right onto
