JUDGMENT IS UPON US!!!!
• Inside a sold out Bank Atlantic Centre in Sunrise, Florida the pyro’s went off as the Nitro logo appeared on the big screens as we see a shot of the sold out crowd cheering and showing there signs as we run threw the card of tonight’s PPV.
Jim Ross: Welcome wrestling fans all over the world, it’s time for Judgment Day and boy what a card we have here tonight with 8 matches scheduled to take place and 2 titles will be decided.
Joey Styles: Yes indeed JR but what about our first match, the winner will be the special guest referee for the main event which will be for the ECW World Championship were the Undertaker defends the gold against the former ECW champion Abyss.
Jim Ross: So much happened in recent weeks and mister money in the bank Rob van Dam has said that tonight he would show the world which champion he wants to face but first he has to win his match against Edge to see who would be the referee.
Joey Styles: Edge & RVD have a rivalry going to last couple of weeks and this all lead to this match, can Edge outsmart RVD here tonight and referee the main event and could that also mean that he is in line for a title shot as well, let’s go down to ringside for our first match of the evening.
SPECIAL CHALLENGE MATCH
WINNER WILL BE THE REFEREE FOR MAIN EVENT
ROB VAN DAM v EDGE
Match Highlights: Edge directly attacked RVD and slammed him into the corner and beat him down to the ground as the ref stopped Edge but he pushed him away and continued his beat down on RVD, he picked up RVD and send him into the ropes and closelined him down as Edge than picked up RVD and nailed a body press slam on RVD and covered but RVD kicked out, Edge slammed RVD into the corner and followed but RVD nailed him with a elbow and than superkicked Edge down and jumped on top of him nailing him with lefts and rights, RVD picks up Edge and nails a backbreaker and holds him in a submission but Edge refuses to tap as RVD nails a side walk slam on Edge and goes to the top and delivers a flying elbow and covers but Edge kicks out, RVD slams Edge into the corner and followed but Edge nailed him with a elbow and slammed RVD into the corner and beat on him, Edge picked him up and nailed a running powerslam on RVD and covered but he kicked out, Edge than closelined RVD over the ropes to the outside and than elevates himself over the ropes right onto RVD as the fans are loving it, Edge gets back up and picks up RVD and slams him into the steel steps and than rolls him back into the ring and follows and covers but RVD kicked out again, Edge send RVD into the ropes and dropkicked him down, Edge than jumped on top of him and nailed him with lefts and rights, Edge slams RVD into the corner and followed with a massive closeline as RVD dropped to the mat as Edge put his foot onto the throat of RVD and choked him as the ref made the call as Edge released the hold and picked up RVD and nailed him with a elbow to the face, Edge send RVD into the ropes and caught him and nailed a spinebuster on RVD and covered but RVD kicked out, Edge than waited till RVD came back up as RVD turned around as Edge speared him down and covered but somehow RVD is able to kick out as Awesome comes running out and distracts the ref as Raven comes threw the crowd as Edge picks up RVD and looks for the Edgecution but Raven enters the ring and grabs Edge and nails him with the Evenflow DDT as both men are down as Raven grabs RVD and pulls him on top and leaves the ring as Awesome directs the ref for the cover and makes the call but somehow Edge kicks out, both men slowly gets back up and starts to nail each other with hard right hands as Edge gets the better of RVD and sends him into the ropes but misses a closeline as they than nails each other with a running closeline as both men are down as the ref makes the count, Edge gets back up on 8 and grabs RVD but Awesome again distracts the ref as RVD nails a low blow to Edge and followed that with a DDT as RVD went to the top and looked for the 5 Star Frog Splash but Edge somehow rolled out of the way as RVD crashed onto the mat and is in pain, Edge gets back up and speared RVD down for the second time as Edge covered but Raven pulled a leg of RVD onto the bottom rope to stop the count as Edge is furious and rolls to the outside and nails Raven with a hard right hand as the ref calls him back into the ring as Edge does but RVD takes the advantage and nails Edge with a heel kick, RVD picks up Edge and sends him into the ropes but misses a coseline and accidentally knocks down the ref as Edge speared RVD for a third time, Awesome entered the ring and attacked Edge but Edge fought back but Awesome nailed a head butt and than a full nelson as Raven brings in a steel chair and clocks it onto the back of Edge as Awesome than lifts him up for the Awesome Bomb as they leave the ring as RVD is back up as the ref slowly gets back to his feet as RVD climbs to the toprope and delivers with the 5 Star Frog Splash that shook the ring as the ref slowly made the count 1..2..3 as Rob van Dam wins the match and is the referee for the main event for the ECW World Championship as Awesome and Raven grab RVD and raises his hand in the air as the crowd isn’t that pleased as the Alliance picked up there first win of the night.
• Camera’s are backstage were Paul Heyman was very pleased with the result and said that RVD deserved the win, RVD said he was glad that they backed him up, Heyman said that later tonight he would let the world know which title he would go after but first Sabu will beat down CM Punk in a Extreme Rules match as Sabu said he was ready for it and he would make the day so much better for the Alliance.
Jim Ross: The Alliance stole the win as Edge had RVD for two times but he was cheated out of it as RVD will now referee the main event of tonight’s PPV, what a way to win the match, I can’t believe it.
Joey Styles: This is how the ECW Alliance will do it JR, they have shown the last couple of weeks that they are strong as a unit and proved it here tonight but let’s talk about our next match, two superstars who could be great singles wrestlers but tonight one of them will grant there team a title shot.
Jim Ross: Both are indeed very promising and should make a name for themselves in singles action but tonight one of them will see glory and walk away with a title shot to make themselves once again Tag Team champions.
1# CONTENDER TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
JOHNNY NITRO v JEFF HARDY
Match Highlights: Both attacked each other before the bell sounded as a rivalry has come between the two, Nitro took control and slammed Hardy into the corner and followed but Hardy pulled his feet up and than closelined Nitro down and jumped on top of him but Nitro pushes him off, Hardy than send Nitro into the ropes and connected with a back body drop as Hardy than nailed a reversed leg drop and covered but Nitro kicked out, Hardy nailed a side walk slam and went to the top and delivered with a flying elbow but Nitro kicked out again, Hardy than closelined Nitro over the ropes to the outside and followed and nailed Nitro with a hard right hand and pulled him back up and dropped him head first onto the ring barrier and rolled him back into the ring as Hardy jumped on the apron and elevated himself over the ropes with another leg drop on Nitro and covered but Nitro kicked out once again, Hardy send Nitro into the ropes but misses a closeline as Nitro dropkicked Hardy down and than beat him on with lefts and rights as Nitro than grabbed Hardy into a head scissor but Hardy got himself out of it with a fall away slam as both men were down, the ref started to make the count as Hardy got up first and picked up Nitro but Nitro countered and nailed Hardy with a hard right hand knocking him down and than kicked Hardy several times to the face, Nitro picked up Hardy and slammed him hard into the corner and followed with a closeline, he than grabbed Hardy and nailed him with a back body suplex and made the cover but Hardy kicked out, Nitro than nailed a side walk slam and went to the second rope as Hardy got back up his feet as Nitro jumped to him but Hardy saw it and dropkicked Nitro in mid air as the fans loved the action as both men were down again, Hardy picked up Nitro and slammed him head first into the turnbuckles, he than sends him to the opposite corner but Nitro reverses it as Hardy is slammed into the corner but comes back out with a closeline on Nitro, Hardy than drops a elbow on Nitro and covers but Nitro kicks out, Hardy rolled to the outside and set up a table at ringside and went back into the ring but Nitro countered with a pick to the eyes and nailed a uppercut to Hardy, Nitro send Hardy into the ropes and kicked him into the midsection and than picked him up for a piledriver and covered but Hardy kicked out, Nitro threw Hardy to the outside and followed, he slammed Hardy into the steel steps and than slammed Hardy onto the table as Nitro went up the apron and broke the count and than went to the top and jumped right to Hardy but Hardy got himself of the table as Nitro crashed right threw the table as the fans went completely nuts and chanted a holy shit as Hardy slowly got back up and grabbed Nitro and rolled him into the ring and covered but somehow Nitro was able to kick out as Hardy got back up his feet and picked up Nitro and nailed a Atomic drop on him and than followed that one with a Twist of Fate and covered but again Nitro was able to kick out just in time as Hardy becomes a little frustrated and signals for the end and went to the top and looked for the Swanton Bomb but Nitro rolled out of the way just in time as both men were down once again as the ref started to make the count, at 8 Nitro got himself back up and grabbed Hardy and send him into the ropes and ducked as Hardy nailed him with a double arm DDT and made a cover but Nitro kicked out, Hardy than send Nitro into the corner and followed but Nitro nailed him with a elbow and than grabbed Hardy and nailed him with a belly to belly and covered but Hardy kicked out, Nitro than signalled for the end and looked for a Snap shot but Hardy countered himself out of it with a roll up as Nitro kicked out and got back up and superkicked Hardy down, Nitro picks up Hardy and nails him with a double underhook suplex and covered but Hardy kicked out, Nitro sends Hardy into the ropes but misses a closeline as Hardy grabs Nitro and nails him with a back cracker and covers but Nitro kicks out, Hardy slowly get to his feet and wants to end it here and went to the top but before got there Nitro is back up his feet and jumps on the ropes as well and grabs Hardy and nails a huge Snap Shot right off the top back into the centre of the ring as fans can’t believe it what they just have seen as Nitro made the cover 1..2..3 as Johnny Nitro has done it, his team of MNM are now the 1# contenders for the World Tag Team Championship as than the champions the Honour Society came out and started to beat up Nitro and nailed him with the Mark of Honour as Joey Mercury ran to the ring with a chair as the champions bailed the ring as Mercury checked on Nitro.
Joey Styles: What a match this was JR, we seen so much and both could have won it on several occasions but Johnny Nitro done it and gets for his team a title shot to recapture the World Tag Team Championship.
Jim Ross: He sure does but the Honour Society made it clear that they won’t back down as they attacked Nitro after the match showing who is dominant but it was a sneak attack, can they do the same when they meet MNM for the titles.
Joey Styles: They have shown that they are a good tag team but MNM & AMW also are great teams seeing how many times they have had some gold around there waists, we will see what happens.
Jim Ross: Let’s talk about our next match, the first Championship match of the evening, Cena won himself a opportunity after beating Chris Daniels but can he beat the cocky champion Michael Shane as well, let’s go down to ringside for this one.
RSM TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
MICHAEL SHANE © v JOHN CENA
Match Highlights: Cena started aggressive and slammed Shane into the corner and nailed him with lefts and rights and than sends him into the ropes and closelined Shane down and made a quick cover but Shane kicked out, Cena picked up Shane and nailed a backbreaker, Cena put Shane into a bear hug but Shane counters himself out of it with a fall away slam and gets slowly up and sends Cena into the ropes and connects with a high knee and than closelines Cena over the ropes to the outside, Shane follows to the outside and slams Cena head first onto the apron and than he slammed him hard into the steel steps and rolled him back into the ring as Shane followed and made the cover but Cena kicked out, Shane than nailed a double underhook suplex and made another cover but Cena kicked out once again, Shane send Cena into the ropes and dropkicked him down as Shane went to the top and delivered with a flying elbow and covered but Cena kicked out just in time, Shane slammed Cena into the corner and followed but Cena countered with a elbow to the face and closelined Shane down, Cena send Shane into the ropes and caught him and nailed a side walk slam, Cena picked up Shane and delivered a full nelson slam and covered but Shane kicked out, Cena threw Shane to the outside and followed as he cleared the announcers table and looked to powerbomb Shane right threw it but Shane countered with a back body drop and than continued to beat down Cena, Shane picked up Cena and slammed him back first into the ring post and than rolled back in the ring to stop the count, Shane rolled back out and slammed Cena hard into the ring barrier, he than rolled him back into the ring as Shane followed and covered but Cena kicked out, Shane than grabbed Cena and held him into a head lock as Cena was trying to get out but he couldn’t as he slowly passes out as the ref raised the hand of Cena who went down twice as he looked for the third but somehow Cena held his arm up and slowly got back up and nailed Shane with 2 elbows into the midsection and than picked him up and nailed a fall away slam as both men were down as the ref started to make the count on both, Cena slowly got back up at 7 and picked up Shane and send him into the corner as Cena than worked on the midsection of Shane, he pulled Shane to the top and followed but Shane fought back and eventually knocked Cena of the top right back into the ring as Shane got up and nailed a body splash of the top on Cena as the fans were loving it as Shane covered but somehow Cena kicked out, Shane than signalled for the end and was looking for Sweet Chin Music as Cena got back up but ducked away of the Sweet Chin Music as Cena than grabbed Shane and nailed the FU on Shane but couldn’t make the count directly as Cena crawled over and made the cover but Shane kicked out just in time as Cena couldn’t believe it, he picked up Shane and looked for a second one but Shane got himself out of it and nailed Cena with a DDT as both men were down again as the ref made the count once more, both got up on the same time and nailed each other with hard right hands as Cena got the better of Shane and send him into the ropes as Cena nailed him with a spinebuster and covered but Shane kicked out, Cena got up and slammed Shane into the corner and followed with a closeline, he than picked up Shane and nailed a running powerslam on Shane and covered again but again Shane kicked out, Cena send Shane into the ropes but misses a closeline as Shane countered with a heel kick and covered but Cena kicked out, Shane picked up Cena and nailed a atomic drop on him and than closelined him down as Shane again looked for Sweet Chin Music as Cena turned around Shane looked for Sweet Chin Music but Cena somehow grabbed the leg of Shane and turned him around and closelined him down big time, Cena than hoisted Shane up for another FU and delivered but he didn’t make the cover as Cena signalled for it and grabbed Shane and put him in the STFU but Shane refused to tap out and tried to reach the ropes and eventually he was able to grab the rope as Cena had to release the hold, Cena than grabbed Shane but Shane rolled him up in a small package with his feet on the ropes as the ref counted 1..2..3 as Michael Shane done it, he had retained his Television Championship as he rolled out of the ring as Cena couldn’t believe it what just happened as Shane held his title in the air with a little smile as Cena was furious.
Jim Ross: It seemed that Cena had this match won but the cocky Michael Shane pulled out a trick to retain his TV Championship here tonight, what a match it was, both could have won this one.
Joey Styles: Shane outsmarted Cena here tonight as Cena was in full control in the end but couldn’t finish the job as Shane saw momentum and rolled him up for a great win, let’s go backstage and see what Michael Shane has to say about it.
• We are backstage standing with Maria asking Michael Shane about his win just moments ago, Shane said that he knew he would walk out still TV champion and he proved it here tonight, Cena appeared and he said that Shane just stole a win here tonight and he said that he knew he would lose that title here tonight, Cena said that tonight he may have outsmarted him but he guaranteed Shane that it wouldn’t happen a second time as Shane told Cena what a loser he was because who said that I would grant you another opportunity for this title, you blew your shot brother.
Jim Ross: If we here Cena this is far from over but Shane seems not to worry about it, I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last between those two do we Joey.
Joey Styles: I think we don’t JR, but what about our next match, the personal war between HHH and GM Stephanie McMahon seemed to have ended at Mania but nothing seems that way, McMahon threw another huge obstacle before HHH, how in heavens name can HHH survive the Punjabi monster the Great Khali here tonight.
• As HHH made his way out and posed to the fans it was Stephanie McMahon coming out and she said that our next match wouldn’t be a normal match as everyone thought it would be, HHH thinks he can manipulate anybody but as he should have known I have his number for months and since he thinks he still can deliver, we will see if he can when he faces the 7 foot monster in a No Disqualification match meaning it will be anything goes.
NO DISQUALIFICATION MATCH
HHH v THE GREAT KHALI
Match Highlights: HHH is furious at the decision and grabbed a mic and said that Stephanie was a bitch and she didn’t follow her own words since this would be a normal match as Stephanie laughed as then Great Khali made his way out as HHH rolled out of the ring and searched underneath the ring and grabbed his sledgehammer and entered the ring as Khali was up the apron and got into the ring as HHH looked to slam Khali with the sledgehammer but Khali grabbed the sledgehammer and pulled it away from him as HHH looked shocked as Khali threw it to the outside but HHH attacked him and nailed him with hard right hands but Khali pushes him away as HHH runs to Khali but Khali nails him with a big boot, Khali picks up HHH and nails a military press slam on HHH as HHH looked hurt as the 7 foot monster slammed HHH into the corner and choked him with his massive foot on the throat, Khali hoisted HHH back up and send him into the ropes and nailed him with a huge right hand, Khali than throws HHH over the ropes to the outside and follows as HHH sees his sledgehammer and grabs it as Khali follows to the outside and picks up HHH but HHH nails him with the sledgehammer right between the eyes as Khali is hurt as HHH slams it into the midsection of the giant, HHH than slams Khali back first into the ring apron and kicks him into the midsection as HHH looks for the Pedigree but Khali gets out with a huge back body drop, Khali grabs HHH and slams him hard into the steel steps as the top of the steps slams off, Khali grabs the steps and slams it right into the face of HHH who is busted open, Khali awaits till HHH gets back up as HHH does and turns around as Khali nails him again with the steps into the face, Khali than drops the steps and pulls HHH back up and than slams him back first into the ring post as HHH is hurting pretty much, Khali hoisted HHH onto his shoulder and looks to ram him right into the ring post but somehow HHH got out of it and than pushed Khali into the post, HHH than grabbed a chair and slammed it several times onto the back of Khali as the monster rolled back into the ring as the Cerebral Assassin followed with the chair and continued to beat down Khali with it, HHH put the chair between two ropes and nailed Khali with some hard right hands and wanted to slam him in that corner but Khali reversed it as HHH was nailed hard into the chair as Khali picked up HHH and nailed a huge side walk slam and covered but he pulled him back up before the ref could make the three count, Khali send HHH into the ropes and kicked him into the midsection as Khali than nailed a devastating powerbomb on HHH as the fans were shocked by it but Khali refused to make the count and picked up HHH and held him above his head and than threw him to the outside as HHH was pretty much hurt right now as Khali followed and threw HHH back up the ramp as HHH tried to crawl away but Khali kicked him onto his back, Khali picked up HHH and slammed him hard into the steel of the titantron as Khali than looked at the stage and than grabbed HHH with his hands around his throat and hoisted the Game up and than nailed a double chokeslam right threw the stage as the fans couldn’t believe it as HHH was broken in half as the ref did the best he could and called for the bell as Great Khali was named winner as HHH didn’t move as Khali raises his hands as the fans were still stunned on what happened, the former Heavyweight champion was completely dominated by the Punjabi Giant as EMT came to check HHH and put a neck brace on him and carefully pulled him onto a stretcher as fans applauded HHH who still wasn’t moving.
Joey Styles: Oh my god JR, HHH has completely been destroyed here tonight by the Great Khali and this was all the plan of our GM Stephanie McMahon, she changed the rules for this match and now HHH is hurt badly.
Jim Ross: This match never should have been sanctioned, the only purpose that Khali had was injuring HHH here tonight, he should be fired for what he did here tonight, he could have killed him as the ref didn’t call for the bell.
• Camera’s are backstage as Ron Head was standing with GM McMahon and asked her about what happened just moments ago, she said that Khali did what he had to do and that was beating HHH but that his punishment would have been that big I couldn’t imagine that, HHH learned his lesson in a hard way here tonight but hopefully he will be ok and further I don’t have anything to say about this as we than see a Ambulance going out of the arena with sirens on.
Jim Ross: What a bitch she is, she doesn’t give a damn about what happened to HHH, she ordered this match to happen and she knew quite well that this was going to happen, she embarrassed our sport here tonight.
Joey Styles: I agree with you JR, this wasn’t a wrestling match but we have to go further with the PPV but wish HHH the very best from this place, the next match will go between two men who think that they should be the 1# contender, tonight one of them gets that opportunity to challenge the World Heavyweight champion for a match at SummerSlam.
1# CONTENDER WORLD TITLE MATCH
CHRIS SABIN v KURT ANGLE
Match Highlights: Both brawled directly after the bell as Sabin slammed Angle into the corner and beat on him with lefts and rights, he than send him into the ropes and closelined Angle down and put him in a head lock but Angle got out but misses a closeline as Sabin nailed a heel kick to Angle and covered but Angle kicked out, Sabin slammed Angle into the corner and followed but Angle nailed him with a kick to the face and nailed a belly to belly on Sabin, Angle than put Sabin in a head scissor but Sabin countered himself out of it with a fall away slam, Sabin got back up and slammed Angle head first into the turnbuckles and worked on the midsection of Angle and kicked him down into the corner and than put a foot onto the throat of Angle as the ref made the count as Sabin released the hold and picked up Angle and nailed him with a elbow to the face, Sabin than send Angle into the opposite corner but Angle reversed as Sabin was slammed into the corner but Sabin got out and nailed a massive closeline to Angle and covered but Angle kicked out, Sabin grabbed Angle and nailed a Crossbody Press slam on him and covered but Angle kicked out once again, Sabin send Angle into the ropes but misses a closeline as Angle countered with a double arm DDT and took over control, Angle nailed Sabin with three German suplexes and made the cover but Sabin kicked out, Angle slammed Sabin into the corner and followed with a closeline and nailed a back body suplex on Sabin as Angle went to the top and nailed Sabin with a Moonsault and covered but somehow Sabin kicked out, Angle put Sabin in a head lock and choked him as Sabin almost passed out as the ref checked on Sabin but on the third attempt Sabin was back alive and slowly got back to his feet and nailed Angle with some elbows into the midsection and got himself out of the hold and nailed Angle with a huge uppercut, he than grabbed Angle and nailed a belly to belly on his own as both men were down as the ref started to make the count, Sabin got back up first and picked up Angle and slammed him into the corner and nailed him with a couple of shoulder blocks into the midsection of Angle and than pulled him to the top and followed and nailed Angle with some hard right hands as Sabin grabbed Angle and nailed a huge Superplex back into the ring as the fans were loving it as Sabin slowly made the cover but somehow Angle kicked out just in time as Sabin couldn’t believe it, Sabin than nailed a Sunset flip on Angle and covered again but Angle kicked out once again, Sabin than looked for the Cradle Shock but Angle countered it with a small package but Sabin kicked out and than closelined Angle down, Sabin send Angle into the ropes and dropkicked him down as Sabin went to the top and delivered with a huge body splash of the top and covered but again Angle was able to kick out, Sabin picked up Angle and send him into the ropes and ducked as Angle kicked Sabin into the face and nailed him with a Russian leg sweep and covered but Sabin kicked out, Angle send Sabin into the ropes and connected with a back body drop as Angle signalled for it and picked up Sabin and nailed the Angle Slam on him and covered but somehow Sabin kicked out just in time as Angle than went ballistic and grabbed Sabin and put him into the Ankle Lock as Sabin was in pain and tried to reach the ropes and almost succeeded but Angle pulled him back to the centre of the ring but Sabin refused to tap out and again tried to reach the ropes and was eventually able to do so as Angle had to release the hold as Angle was frustrated and picked up Sabin and looked for a second Angle Slam but Sabin countered it with a double arm DDT as both men were down and the ref once again started to make the count, Sabin got up first but was limping of the Ankle Lock and picked up Angle but Angle countered and grabbed Sabin by his legs and pulled him down but Sabin kicked him away and rolled himself out of the ring to get some time but Angle rolled to the outside as well and grabbed Sabin and nailed him with a huge right hand but Sabin somehow fought back and did the same, Sabin than slammed Angle head first into the steel steps and wanted to get back in the ring but Angle grabbed him and slammed him against the ring barrier as Angle wanting to get back in the ring but Sabin grabbed him by the legs as the ref called for the bell as the ring announcer said that the referee has counted both men out and by this result no one will be the 1# contender as both Angle & Sabin couldn’t believe it as they started another brawl on the outside as the blamed each other for it as several officials came down to break the brawl as the fans weren’t pleased with the decision as well as everybody questioned who would be the 1# contender for the Heavyweight Championship.
• Backstage we see Stephanie McMahon in her office as she wasn’t pleased of what happened just moments ago as nobody was named 1# contender, Angle crushed into her office and he said that everybody saw that he should be the 1# contender but Stephanie told him to shut up because neither of them did what they supposed to do, she said that Angle should get out of her face before she thinks about something for him as Angle left as Stephanie said that she has to think about this situation and bring up a nice idea that would please the fans.
Joey Styles: It was a sore ending for such a great match, both men went to the limit in becoming the 1# contender and now the spot is vacant and hearing our GM she might have another idea how to solve this problem.
