A HOT SUMMER NIGHT IN HOUSTON!!!!
• Pyro’s go off and fireworks explode as we see the Nitro logo appearing on the big screens in the completely sold out Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. We see a shot threw the arena with fans on there feet showing off there signs as we than go threw all the matches for tonight’s PPV.
Jim Ross: Welcome wrestling fans to SummerSlam and boy what a night this going to be, 4 titles will be defended here tonight and also Jericho may face his biggest opponent yet in the Great Khali with the winner advancing to the Elimination Chamber match at Haloween Havoc.
Joey Styles: What about the return of the Rock, he will fill in the spot for the injured Ric Flair and he takes on Kurt Angle here tonight, can the Rock still deliver of will Angle be to much for him here tonight.
Jim Ross: We will have to wait and see but one thing is for sure the fans will be ready for it, as the Reliant Stadium holds off 70.000 fans for tonight’s SummerSlam, let’s talk about our first match of the evening.
Joey Styles: A veteran Chris Benoit will take on a man who can earn himself a Nitro contract, he will make his official debut here tonight Samoa Joe, can the young superstar overcome a veteran in the business or will the experience be enough for this one.
CHRIS BENOIT v SAMOA JOE
Match Highlights: Benoit showed off his technical skills in the early part of the match and took Joe in several submissions but Joe refused to tap out that quickly as Benoit grabbed him and nailed a German suplex on him and covered but Joe kicked out, Benoit slammed Joe into the corner and kicked him down to the mat, he picked up Joe and nailed a belly to belly as Benoit made another cover but again Joe kicked out, Benoit send Joe into the ropes but misses a closeline as Joe closelined Benoit down as Joe picked up Benoit and nailed a Pump Handle slam on him and covered but Benoit kicked out, Joe slammed Benoit into the corner and followed with a closeline, he than picked up Benoit and nailed a running powerslam on Benoit and covered but Benoit was able to kick out, Joe send Benoit into the ropes and connected with a back body drop as the fans loved the pace of the newcomer, Joe nailed a backbreaker and held Benoit in a submission but the Rabid Wolverine refused to tap out as Joe nailed a side walk slam and made another cover but Benoit kicked out, Joe went to the top and waited till Benoit was up and jumped at him but Benoit dropkicked him in mid air and covered but Joe kicked out, Benoit nailed a powerslam on Joe and went to the top and delivered with the diving head butt and covered but somehow Joe kicked out as Benoit than wanted to lock in the Crossface but Joe showed his strenght and blocked it and eventually got himself out of it with a fall away slam as both men were down as the ref made the count, Joe got up first and picked up Benoit and slammed him head first into the turnbuckles, Joe pulled Benoit to the top and followed and than shocked the fans with a huge superplex back into the centre of the ring as the fans were on there feet as both men were down as Joe slowly crawled to Benoit for the cover but somehow Benoit kicked out, Joe got up and picked up Benoit but Benoit countered it and nailed a suplex on Joe, Benoit looked for another Crossface but Joe pushed him into the ropes and nailed him with a huge closeline, Joe send Benoit into the ropes and kicked him into the midsection and than nailed Benoit with a powerbomb as Joe covered but Benoit kicked out as Joe got up and he signalled for it as he grabbed Benoit and nailed the Muscle Buster that shook the ring as he made the cover 1..2..3 as fans were on there feet, Samoa Joe has beaten Chris Benoit here tonight and receives himself a contract as he raises his hands as Stephanie McMahon her music hits and there comes the GM, she stood on the rampage and she said that she congratulated Samoa Joe with his performance here tonight and she said that he awarded himself a 3 year contract but that wasn’t the only thing she came out for, Chris I told you that I would have a surprise for you as well if you lost the match and a surprise it will be, your motivation for the sport is very bad, the last couple of weeks I haven’t seen anything of you and with that being said and what people don’t know is that tonight your contract expired, you thought that tonight it would have been renewed but I can tell you this, it won’t, you will never work in this business again as security went to ringside as Stephanie ordered them to take Benoit and throw him out of the building and she said that the fans should think about this moment because Chris Benoit will never come back again as she left the stage as fans couldn’t believe it as even Benoit was stunned inside the ring.
Jim Ross: Oh my god Joey, Stephanie McMahon just fired Benoit and we will never see him back in this business again, how has this happened, Samoa Joe earns himself a new contract and Benoit is out.
Joey Styles: JR, I think that the winner of the match would get a contract, Samoa wanted in the business and won the match and earned himself a 3 year deal, if Benoit would have won he would have gotten a renewed 3 year deal.
Jim Ross: That could be a motivation behind that but hearing the words of the GM telling us all that she didn’t see a motivated Benoit anymore it should be for a different reason and I think we will never hear what that will be.
• Camera’s are backstage as we see security throwing Benoit out of the building as we than see Michael Shane standing with Ron Head, Ron asks him his thoughts, Michael said that Benoit was just a loser and nobody will miss him, he said that it didn’t care to him that much, he said his focus was on tonight’s match against Edge for the Television Championship in a TLC match, he said he has never been in such kind of a match and Edge did but he never backs down from a challenge, tonight he would win back his TV Title because it belonged to him and everybody knows that.
Joey Styles: A very confident Michael Shane but can he really pull it off seeing that Edge had his number in there last encounters recently but this is of course another type of match but Edge seems to be a favorite in this one.
Jim Ross: Edge will indeed be the favorite but we also know that Michael Shane has pulled off bigger things in the past so he could do the job here tonight but let’s talk about our next match, a couple of weeks ago Raven shocked the world by winning the X Division Championship.
Joey Styles: He sure did and tonight he will face a former X Division champion Gregory Helms, the question is will Raven do it on his own or will the Alliance be there to back him up for this one.
X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
RAVEN (C) v GREGORY HELMS
Match Highlights: Raven takes the advantage and slams Helms hard into the corner and beats him completely down to the mat and than chokes him with a foot onto the throat as the ref makes the call as Raven picks up Helms and send him into the ropes and closelines him down, Raven than drops a elbow on Helms and covers but Helms kicks out, Raven than throws Helms threw the ropes to the outside and follows, Raven slams Helms into the steel steps and rolls himself back in the ring to break the count as Raven picks up Helms and drops him head first onto the steps and than rolls him back into the ring as Raven went to the top and delivers with a body splash of the top and covers but somehow Helms kicks out as Raven can’t believe it, Raven slams Helms into the corner and follows but Helms counters with a elbow to the face and picks up Raven and drops him head first onto the turnbuckles and than rolls him up but Raven kicks out, Helms send Raven into the ropes and dropkicks him down as Helms covers but again Raven kicks out, Helms nails a German suplex on Raven and went to the second rope and delivers a flying leg drop on Raven and covers but Raven is able to kick out again, Helms than signals for the end as he grabs Raven and looks for the Shining Wizard but Raven is able to counter it and pushes Helms into the ropes but Helms closelines Raven down to the mat, Helms grabs Raven but Raven nails Helms with a low blow which the ref didn’t see as Raven nails Helms with a double arm DDT and covers but Helms kicks out, Raven rolls to the outside and grabs himself a chair and enters the ring again but the ref tells him not to use the chair as Raven looks at Helms and wanted to swing the chair to Helms but the ref grabs the chair but Raven pushes him away and turns around but Helms dropkicked the chair right into the face of Raven and makes the cover as the ref makes the count but somehow Raven kicks out as Helms can’t believe it, Jerry Lynn runs down to ringside as Helms grabs Raven and nails him with the Shining Wizard and covers but Lynn puts a leg of Raven onto the ropes to break the count as Helms is frustrated and argues with Lynn on the outside but wait there comes Austin Aries and he attacks Lynn as they brawled on the outside as the ref tries to break it as Awesome is running down and attacks Helms from behind and sends him into the ropes and nails him with a big boot, he than picks up Helms and nails the Awesome Bomb on Helms and leaves the ring as Raven rolls over Helms for the cover as the ref sees it and enters the ring and makes the cover 1..2..3 as Raven retained the X Division Championship thanks to interference of the ECW Alliance as Raven rolls out of the ring as Awesome picks him up as Raven holds the X Division Title in the air as Aries checks on Helms inside the ring.
Jim Ross: The ECW Alliance has stolen the win here for Gregory Helms, he had Raven beaten but the numbers were to high for him in the end, it’s a shame that interference costs us this match.
Joey Styles: This is the way the Alliance does business and remember that they have 2 matches left and in one RVD could become the next ECW champion when he faces the man who beat him for the title last year.
• Maria is standing backstage with Chris Jericho and she asks him his thoughts about his upcoming match with the Punjabi Giant Khali, Jericho said he knows what to do here tonight and that is win but he maybe faces his biggest challenge yet, he said that he knew what Khali is capable off and he hopes his speed and experience will help him here tonight, he said he can beat Khali and move to the Elimination Chamber and winning the World Heavyweight Championship.
Jim Ross: He is confident but how can you be confident when you faces a man who decemated Triple H and Ric Flair, how in the hell can you stop this monster, I think Jericho is in big trouble here tonight.
QUALIFYING MATCH
WINNER ENTERS ELIMINATION CHAMBER AT HAVOC
CHRIS JERICHO v THE GREAT KHALI
Match Highlights: Jericho tried to avoid Khali with his speed and nailed Khali and several occassions with a hard right hand but it seemed to have no effect as Jericho than nailed Khali with kicks to the knees as Jericho than elevated himself in the ropes but Khali nailed him with a huge big boot, Khali picks up Jericho and slams him hard into the corner and than chokes him, Khali send Jericho into the ropes but misses a closeline as Jericho nails Khali with a dropkick but he is still standing as Jericho kicks Khali into the midsection and nails him with a DDT and covers but Khali kicks out, Khali gets back up as Jericho pushes him into the corner and went to the second rope and nails Khali with hard right hands but Khali pushes Jericho away as Jericho again went to the second rope and nailing Khali with hard right hands but again Khali throws Jericho back to the centre of the ring as Jericho runs to Khali but grabs Jericho and nails a huge side walk slam on Jericho, Khali picks up Jericho and sends him into the ropes and ducks as Jericho kicks Khali into the face and than nails him with a bulldog as Jericho than nails the Lionsault as the fans went crazy as Jericho covers but a huge powerfull kick of Khali broke the count as Jericho tries to put Khali into the Walls of Jericho but Khali kicks Jericho away who falls threw the ropes to the outside as Khali is back up and went over the ropes to the outside and grabs Jericho and slams him back first into the ring post, he picks up Jericho and throws him over the ropes back into the ring as Khali follows as Jericho slowly get back up as Khali grabs him by the throat and there it comes Double Handed Chokeslam that shook the ring as Khali covered 1..2..3 as the match is over, Khali dominates another superstar and advances to the Elimination Chamber at Haloween Havoc, could the punjabi giant be the next big contender for the Heavyweight Championship as Khali raises his hands but he turns around and picks up Jericho once again and nails a second Double Handed Chokeslam on Jericho as Khali than leaves the ring as Jericho could be broken in half.
Joey Styles: Jericho got enough offense against this monster but it wasn’t enough, the Great Khali is to powerfull to stop and he showed that here once again, Jericho has just become another victim of this punjabi monster.
Jim Ross: You ask yourself the question who could stop this monster, he is now on his way to Haloween Havoc for a shot at the Heavyweight Championship, he could very well walk out of the chamber the next Heavyweight champion.
Joey Styles: Let’s talk about our next match, they were a very succesful tag team, having been tag team champions four times but last month something happened and tonight they will square off against each other.
Jim Ross: With AMW they were maybe the best tag team ever in the history of Nitro but tonight the end is there, Nitro accused Mercury for not standing besides him and now he wants his revenge on him tonight. Let’s go down to ringside for this one.
MNM BREAK UP
JOHNNY NITRO v JOEY MERCURY
Match Highlights: Nitro didn’t waited a minute and attacked Mercury and knocked him down and jumped on top of him and nailed him with lefts and rights, he than throws Mercury to the outside and follows and slams him head first onto the apron, Nitro than slams Mercury hard into the steel steps and than rolls him back into the ring as Nitro jumps on the apron and elevates himself over the ropes and nails a leg drop on Mercury and covers but Mercury kicks out, Nitro slams Mercury into the corner and follows but Mercury nails Nitro with a high knee and closelines him down, he picks up Nitro and nails a side walk slam on him and covers but Nitro kicked out, Mercury slams Nitro into the corner and follows with a closeline, Mercury than nails a belly to belly out of the corner and covers but again Nitro kicks out, Mercury nails a powerslam on Nitro and goes to the top and delivers with a flying elbow and again covers but Nitro kicks out, Mercury slams Nitro again into the corner and slaps him into the face and than works on the midsection of Nitro and kicks him down to the mat and yells at Nitro that it was is own fault, he picks up Nitro and sends him into the ropes and connects with a back body drop and than drops a elbow and covers but Nitro kicks out, Mercury than slams Nitro head first into the turnbuckles and does that numberous times, Mercury than nails a backbreaker and covers but Nitro kicks out again, Mercury sends Nitro into the ropes and ducks as Nitro nails Mercury with a flying DDT as both men are down as the ref starts to make the count, Nitro gets up first and kicks Mercury down, Nitro sends Mercury into the ropes and caught him and nails a spinebuster on him and covers but Mercury kicks out, Nitro goes to the top and awaits Mercury to get up and jumps to him but Mercury counters him and dropkicks Nitro in mid air and quickly covers but Nitro somehow kicks out as Mercury can’t believe it, Mercury signals for the end and grabs Nitro and nails the Snap Shot on him but wait a minute as Melina runs down to ringside and enters the ring and tells Mercury to stop it as she tries to reason with him as Nitro slowly gets back up but Mercury turns around and closelines Nitro down and argues again with Melina as he told her it was all the fault of Nitro in the first place, Melina agreed and told Mercury to finish him off as Nitro slowly comes back up as Mercury grabs him but Nitro gives him a uppercut and holds the ref as Melina nails Mercury with a low blow and nailing a DDT on him as he rolls out of the ring as Nitro picks up Mercury and sends him into the ropes and kicks him into the midsection and than nails the Snap Shot on Mercury that shook the ring and covers 1..2..3 as Johnny Nitro beats his former partner thanks to a assist of Melina, after the match Melina brought in a steel chair as Nitro beat Mercury with the chair several times as Mercury tried to get up as Nitro slammed the chair right between the eyes of Mercury who is busted open pretty bad, he drops the chair as Melina told him to nail another Snap Shot as he did right onto the chair as Melina than held Nitro his hands in the air as the fans didn’t liked it and booed him out of the building.
Jim Ross: What a bitch Melina is, she was the manager of MNM and now she helped Nitro take the win in this match, they again berated Mercury with there actions.
Joey Styles: One thing is for sure JR, these men will never be a tag team again after we saw Nitro after the match giving Mercury a beating of a lifetime, I have a feeling that this is far from over.
Jim Ross: It’s time to talk about our next match of the evening, this rivalry has been going for months now, Edge won the TV title in a four way inside a steelcage but he never pinned the champion back than, Michael Shane wants his revenge on tonight he wants to beat Edge in his own game.
Joey Styles: They battled it out on several occassions and both scored huge wins over each other but tonight everything goes with the title hanging above the ring, will they put there careers on the line for the title, let’s see it.
TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
TLC MATCH
EDGE (C) v MICHAEL SHANE
Match Highlights: Both men are standing nose to nose as they look up seeing the TV Championship hanging there as they than hooked it up as Shane got the better of Edge and knocked him down, Shane slammed Edge into the corner and kicked him to the mat and choked him with a foot onto the throat, Shane sends Edge into the ropes and kicks him into the midsection and delivers a powerbomb on Edge as Shane rolls to the outside and grabs himself a chair and enters the ring again as he slams the chair several times onto the back of Edge who is crawling in pain and rolled out of the ring but Shane follows as Edge is standing against the ring post as Shane slams the chair to Edge but Edge ducks as Shane hits the post as Edge spears Shane down and nails him with lefts and rights, he picks up Shane and slams him head first onto the announcers table and than slams him hard into the steel steps as Edge brings two tables into the ring and sets one up and puts the other table into the corner and rolls back out and closelines Shane down, Edge grabs the chair and clocks it right into the face of Shane knocking him out cold as Shane is busted open, Edge rolls Shane back into the ring and follows and he puts Shane onto the table in the centre of the ring as Edge goes to the top and delivers a flying body splash right onto Shane as they went threw the table as the fans were on there feet as Edge slowly crawled up and rolled to the outside and grabbed a ladder and brought it into the ring as he sets him up and slowly climbs the ladder but Shane slowly gets back up as Edge almost got the title as Shane pushes the ladder away as Edge falls right onto the top rope and is out cold as Shane picks up Edge and nails a DDT on him, Shane slams Edge into the corner and works on his midsection with shoulderblocks and than sends him in the opposite corner and smashes Edge right threw the table as the fans loves the carnage so far, Shane rolls to the outside and sets up two other tables on the outside and puts them on top of each other, Shane enters the ring again and picks up the ladder as Edge slowly turns around as Shane knocks the ladder right into the face of Edge who is busted open as well, Shane sets up the ladder and starts climbing the ladder as Edge is getting up and slowly climbs the other side of the ladder but Shane nails him with hard right hands but Edge counters with a finger in the eyes of Shane, he than grabs Shane and nails the Edgecution of the top of the ladder as both men are out as the fans are standing on there feet as Shane could be broken in half, Edge slowly rolls to the outside and brings in a chair and another ladder, he puts the ladder in the corner and picks up Shane and slams him right into the ladder as Shane bounces back Edge clocks him down with the chair, Edge picks up Shane and slams him a second time into the ladder as Shane bounces back but this time he ducks the chair shot of Edge and nails him with a stunner as both men are down but the ref can’t do anything about it, Shane slowly gets up and picks up Edge and delivers a double arm DDT right onto the chair, Shane sets up the ladder and starts to climb it as he almost has the title but somehow Edge is up and grabs Shane by the legs and tries to pull him down but Shane kicks him right into the face but Edge doesn’t give up and tries it another time but again Shane kicks him away as Edge than climbs the other side and nails Shane into the midsection and slams him head first onto the top of the ladder but Shane than gives Edge a huge right hand as the ladder is starting to move and falls down as both went threw the tables on the outside as the Reliant Stadium is on there feet as a holy shit went threw the arena as both men aren’t moving as the ref checks on them but this match doesn’t end before one of them gets the title, it takes a while before Michael Shane is the first who moves and slowly gets up, he picks up Edge and slams him into the ring post as Shane enters the ring again and sets up the ladder and climbs it but Edge is getting up and climbs to the top and than spears Shane right of the ladder as the fans can’t believe it as Shane tries to get back up in the corner as Edge is awaiting to do so as Shane is up and turns around as Edge looks for another spear but Shane gets out of the way and pushes Edge into the corner as Edge turns around he is nailed by Sweet Chin Music that shook the ring as Edge falls down to the outside out cold as Shane sets up the ladder and slowly climbs it as Edge slowly moves on the outside but it’s to late as Shane grabs the title as the ref calls for the bell as Michael Shane has become the NEW Television champion as fans are on there feet applauding both men for this match as Edge can’t believe it that he lost as Shane holds the title in the air.
Jim Ross: My god what a match this was Joey, this had everything you would have expected as a fan, Shane overcame the odds and crowned himself once again Television champion in this heated rivalry with Edge.
Joey Styles: Both superstars showed there class here tonight and they can perform in high profile matches, I see big futures for both of them, they will soon hunt down for a even bigger Championship.
• Camera’s are backstage as we see Maria standing with a injured Ric Flair and she asked him how he was doing, Flair said he was doing fine but not cleared to wrestle but tonight he will have a close eye on the match of Angle against the Rock, he said that Angle will be taught a lesson tonight and face another real icon, Rock may have been gone from wrestling but tonight he will show Angle and the fans that he still can deliver and after that Angle your ass will be mine and that’s a promise.
Jim Ross: Flair still got it, he may be a long time veteran but he still has the drive to compete in the big leagues, when he is cleared Angle will indeed have a tough night against the Nature Boy but that’s for later on.
Joey Styles: Next up will be a match Extreme Tag Team Match, the undefeated CM Punk found himself a partner which nobody thought could, the Big Red Machine Kane and they will face Awesome & Sabu of the ECW Alliance next.
EXTREME TAG TEAM MATCH
KANE & CM PUNK v MIKE AWESOME & SABU
Match Highlights: Kane didn’t wasted any time and worked on Awesome to start the match and closelined him down big time as Sabu ran to him but Kane nailed him with a big boot, Kane slammed Awesome into the corner and nailed him with a huge uppercut, he than send him into the ropes and nailed a back body drop on him and tagged in Punk, Punk nailed a German suplex on Awesome and covered but Awesome kicked out, Punk slammed Awesome into the ropes and followed with a high kick to the face, Sabu rolled into the ring with a chair and slammed it into the midsection of Punk and than slammed the chair onto the back of Punk as Kane entered the ring but Sabu threw the chair to Kane and dropkicked it straight into the face of the big monster as Kane went over the ropes to the outside as Sabu elevated himself over the ropes right onto Kane as the fans loved it, inside the ring Awesome picked up Punk and nailed a huge running powerslam and covered but Punk kicked out, Awesome send Punk into the ropes and missed a closeline as Punk nailed a baseball slide on Awesome and grabbed the chair and clocked Awesome right into the face, Punk laid the chair onto the face of Awesome and nailed a leg drop right onto the chair as Awesome is busted open as Punk covered but somehow Awesome kicked out, on the outside Sabu slammed Kane face first into the steel steps but Kane fought back and slammed Sabu hard into the steps, he than picked up Sabu and wanted to drill him head first into the ring post but Sabu countered and slammed Kane into the post instead, Sabu grabbed the ring bell and clocked Kane with it knocking him out cold as Sabu grabbed a table and brought it into the ring and followed but Punk kicked him right into the face, Punk slammed Sabu into the corner and worked on the midsection of Sabu and slammed him to the opposite corner as Punk than grabbed Sabu and nailed a DDT on him and covered but Sabu kicked out, Punk than set up the table and grabbed Sabu and wanted to powerbomb him straight to the table but Awesome made the rescue, Awesome slammed Punk head first into the turnbuckles and than kicked him into the midsection and picked him up as Awesome than nailed a huge Awesome Bomb right threw the table as the fans were on there feet as Awesome made the cover but Kane entered the ring and broke up the count just in time but Sabu attacked Kane as they double teamed Kane, they send him into the ropes and kicked him both into the midsection and nailed a double DDT on him, Awesome told Sabu to bring in another table as Sabu did as they set him up as Awesome signalled for it as he lifted Kane up for the Awesome Bomb but Kane got out and pushed Awesome right into Sabu knocking Sabu out cold as Awesome turned around Kane grabbed him by the throat and Chokeslammed him right threw the table but he didn’t cover him as he than picked up Sabu and chokeslammed him right onto Awesome, Raven & Jerry Lynn came out but Kane double closelined them down, they both got up as Kane grabbed them both by the throats and nailed a double Chokeslam on them but Rhino came threw the crowd as Kane turned around he nailed a huge Gore on Kane, Punk was back up and put Rhino into the Anaconda Vice as Rhino was tapping out but Sabu was back up and kicked Punk into the face and slammed him hard into the corner but Kane sat back up and grabbed Sabu and chokeslammed him a second time as Kane signalled to Punk to finish him off, he picked up Sabu and nailed the Go To Sleep on Sabu and made the cover as Kane watched on 1..2..3 as CM Punk & Kane wins as Punk continued his undefeated streak on Nitro scoring another big win over the Alliance as Kane proved to be a huge difference maker, after the match Kane grabbed Rhino and nailed a Tombstone on him before he and Punk left the ring as the fans loved it.
Joey Styles: CM Punk continues to be undefeated here on Nitro, 5 men of the Alliance couldn’t stop Punk & Kane here tonight, Kane was indeed a huge difference maker and he gave Punk the victory.
Jim Ross: Kane is a monster and CM Punk had absolute luck to have a partner like him, he can take so much punishment but still comes back, Punk has beaten every member of the Alliance except for Rob van Dam.
Joey Styles: They have made Punk his life very extreme but in the end Punk comes out winner, it’s a matter of time before he will take on RVD the leader of the Alliance, he proved that he is a worthy opponent.

Joey Styles: The Rock pulled off a huge victory here tonight over Angle but it all came with a little assist of the dirtiest player in the game Ric Flair, Angle seemed to have won the match when he had Rock in the Ankle Lock.
Jim Ross: He sure did but what a match this was Joey, the Rock still has it and what I see of him I would be glad to see him back on the roster once again, see how the fans reacted here tonight.

Jim Ross: It’s obvious that Heyman has a plan in mind in which the complete Alliance be part of, tonight Abyss will not fight RVD alone but the hole Alliance, how in heavens name can he overcome those odds.
Joey Styles: He has done it in the past but it’s extreme rules and if it will become a 6 on 1 occassions I think we will see a new champion crowned here tonight, Abyss can take a lot of punishment but the numbers would be to high, let’s go down to ringside for this match.

ABYSS (C) v ROB VAN DAM
Match Highlights: RVD who came alone to ringside tried to attack Abyss in the early going but the monster was to much for RVD as Abyss slammed RVD hard into the corner and picked him up and nailed a full nelson slam on RVD and covered but RVD kicked out, Abyss send RVD into the ropes and caught him and nailed a side walk slam and covered but again RVD kicked out, Abyss rolled to the outside and threw in 2 chairs and brought in a table, he set up the table in the corner and grabbed a chair but RVD saw momentum and kicked the chair into the face of Abyss and than grabbed the other chair and clocked Abyss with it right into the head, RVD than grabbed Abyss and smashed him right threw the table in the corner as the fans are on there feet but Abyss is still moving, RVD than throws the chair in front of him and nails Abyss with a Vandaminator in the corner and than he covered Abyss but somehow Abyss is able to kick out as RVD picks up the chair and yells at Abyss to get back up as Abyss does as RVD slams the chair hard onto the back of Abyss but he is still standing as RVD hits him another time but Abyss turns around as RVD clocks him right into the head sending the champion down as RVD covered but Abyss is able to kick out, RVD than goes to the top and signals for the end but Abyss rolls out of the way as RVD missed the frogsplash, Abyss grabs a chair and lays it onto the head of RVD and than nailed a huge leg drop right onto the chair as RVD is in real pain as Abyss brings in another table and sets it up in the middle of the ring, he slams RVD into the corner and kicks him completely down to the mat and chokes him with a foot onto the throat, Abyss rolls to the outside and brings in a bag as the crowd roars as Abyss opens the bag and puts thousands of tumbtacks onto the table as Abyss looks at RVD as this could very well be the end as Abyss send RVD into the ropes and caught him and nailed a huge impressive Black Hole Slam right threw the table into the tumbtacks as RVD is in real pain as the complete Alliance runs to ringside as Abyss covers but Awesome breaks up the count as he slams Abyss into the corner and all 5 men are beating on Abyss in the corner, Lynn & Raven both got chairs as Awesome sends Abyss into the ropes but both misses the chairshot as Abyss ducked and than closelined both men down but Awesome nailed him with a big boot but Abyss came back up but this time Rhino nailed a big Gore on Abyss as they pulled RVD on top but Abyss somehow kicks out, Heyman who also came down ordered the men to continue the beat down as RVD rolled out of the ring as Paul is attending him, Sabu brought in another table as Awesome put Abyss onto the table as Sabu nails the triple jump Moonsault on Abyss right threw the table, Raven & Lynn nailed Abyss with several chair shots as they picked up Abyss and nailed him with a double DDT right onto the chairs as Abyss isn’t moving, Awesome picks up Abyss and nails a huge Awesome Bomb on the ECW champion as RVD comes back into the ring and covers but Abyss shocks the Alliance by kicking out as they continued the beat down as Abyss is back up in the corner and somehow is fighting back as he nails Awesome with a huge elbow and Lynn with a big boot, he than closelines Raven down as Rhino looks for another gore, Abyss grabs him by the throat and Chokeslams him down big time, Sabu than dropkicks Abyss back into the corner and than he runs to him but Abyss caught him in mid air and nails a devastating Black Hole Slam on him as Abyss gets up and closelines Awesome over the ropes to the outside as Heyman had entered the ring and slammed a chair onto the back of Abyss who turned around as Heyman is shocked as Abyss grabs him by the throat but Heyman is saved by RVD who nailed Abyss with a low blow and than clocked him right into the face with another chair shot, RVD picks up Abyss and nails a double arm DDT right into the tumbtacks and covers but Abyss kicks out just in time, RVD than puts Abyss on top of a chair as Lynn & Raven are back in and holds Abyss as RVD went to the top and connected with a big 5 Star Frog Splash that shook the ring and covered as Sabu & Rhino also held Abyss down as the ref made the count 1..2..3 as Rob van Dam is now the NEW ECW Heavyweight champion as RVD celebrated his win and held the title up as fans booed the Alliance out of the building as it took 6 superstars to beat Abyss here tonight as the Alliance walked up the ramp as Abyss sat back up and looked at the Alliance as Heyman smiled and pointed at RVD as new ECW champion.
Jim Ross: Goddamnit Joey, Abyss took a huge beating here tonight of the Alliance and almost seemed to overcome the odds but RVD becomes the new ECW champion, it took 6 superstars for it.
Joey Styles: The numbers were to much as Abyss was screwed out of the ECW Championship as RVD once again has the belt but this will not end here tonight, Abyss will haunt down all members of the Alliance, we can be sure about that.

Joey Styles: A match which was in the making for many weeks, we saw a tournament being held to determine 2 superstars to be the 1# contender, HBK finally has another opportunity of maybe be the man on top and the other one became Heavyweight champion by winning the Royal Rumble in January.
Jim Ross: Both superstars have a huge background but what about the champion, he lost the title at the Rumble but won it back 5 days later, he is the most dominant champion in our history, the lord of darkness, the Undertaker.
