- NFL star Adam Carriker recently lost a bet to Bill Goldberg and had to dress up like the former World Heavyweight Champion. Goldberg’s Atlanta Falcons defeated Carriker’s Washington Redskins last week so Carriker had to hit his lockerroom dressed like Goldberg. TMZ posted the following photo:

- As seen on on this week’s episode of the WWE Main Event, The Miz accepted Kofi Kingston’s challenge for an Intercontinental Championship Match next week on Main Event. The match will be taped Tuesday evening at the Smackdown tapings. The scuttlebutt backstage is that WWE is leaning toward putting the Intercontinental Title on Kofi Kingston. A title change on WWE Main Event would give the impression that the show is an important one and should be watched every week.

After officially braking away from the tag team scene with R-Truth, Kofi Kingston’s title match and feud with The Miz is the start of a renewed push for the former Intercontinental and United States Champion. Expect Kofi to get more airtime for his in ring work as well as promo time in front of the live crowd.
