No Resolution In Jeff Hardy Case; Postponed Again
Jeff Hardy was back in the Superior Court of Moore County, North Carolina this morning where he was expected to accept a plea bargain on drug charges from his September 2009 arrest, however, the case was postponed once again.
The Pilot out of North Carolina reports that Assistant District Attorney Warren McSweeney told Senior Resident Judge James M. Webb they would need more time.
Hardy’s new court date is set for February 16, 2011.
