As PWMania.com previously reported, CM Punk had an injury scare at Saturday night’s WWE RAW live event from Springfield, Missouri. Teaming up with Antonio Cesaro against The Miz and Ryback, Miz and Ryback simultaneously delivered stalling suplexes on Punk and Cesaro. The Miz lost his balance and dropped Punk almost directly on his head. Here are pictures of the spot that could have gone terribly wrong:
