News & Possible Spoilers For WWE's The Bash
News for "The Bash" courtesy F4WOnline.com:
-- The Orton vs. Triple H main-event is expected to go quite long, possibly in the 40-minute territory.
-- Earlier this month, WWE was planning to put the ECW Championship on Jack Swagger. But, given that WWE went with a title scramble instead of the expected one-on-one match between Dreamer and Swagger, it might be postponing the young WWE heel's title recapture until a later date.
-- Dolph Ziggler was one of the wrestlers WWE sources said the company wanted to give featured exposure, although his match with The Great Khali is not expected to go long.
-- Eyeballs will definitely be on The Miz vs. John Cena, as there is concern that WWE has not been using the opportunity to boost Miz's stock. He was essentially buried in the opening segment on RAW, and the pair's most recent house show match was a squash in favor of Cena. The feeling internally is that while The Miz does not need a win, he does need to accomplish something "impressive," as Maryse would say--a Cena squash does nothing for either wrestler.More Specials! » Video: Off-Air Footage Of The Turning Point PPV » Video: Dana White Offers A Blog Update On Brock Lesnar » Video: Hulk Hogan/Ric Flair Stunt At Press Conference In Australia » Photo: Possible Proof WrestleMania Is Coming To Toronto In 2012 » Photos: Hulk Hogan Left Bloodied At Press Conference In Australia » Photos: The Rock & Jessica Biel At The "Planet 51" Premiere » Video: The New WWE Raw Opening » Video: Lillian Garcia Singing The National Anthem At Raw This Week » Video: Edge Makes An Appearance At An Australian Zoo » Video: Chris Jericho Getting Pelted With DX Glow Sticks » Promo Videos For The Hulkamania Tour Of Australia » Photos: Several New Images Of Jeff Hardy's New Haircut » Video: Watch Hulk Hogan's Press Conference » Video: Ric Flair Speaks On His Return » Video: Hulk Hogan's Appearance On Jimmy Fallon » Video: Hulk Hogan's Press Conference From MSG
