- Sting shakes AJ’s hand before he leaves the ring to let AJ pose with his belt. AJ grabs the microphone and tells Sting to stop and get back in the ring. He has some mic trouble, but he tells Sting that he’s entertained the fans for 23 years, and they’re in his home state, and that the ring is his spotlight. Sting says that it’s AJ’s spotlight, but AJ says that it’s Sting’s time. Huge ‘please don’t go’ chants.
