Praise For Triple H’s NXT Project, Foley Returns To Action, PPV Tax

- Last week’s WWE NXT tapings at Full Sail University were said to have ran far more smoothly than WWE’s RAW and SmackDown tapings. These are Triple H’s project and there was a lot of talk about how good he ran things.

- Mick Foley worked last night’s SmackDown live event in Poughkeepsie, New York as the ringside enforcer for Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Alberto Del Rio. Sheamus won the match and Foley ended up giving Mr. Socko to Ricardo Rodriguez.

- In a move that will affect WWE, TNA, UFC and boxing, the Attorney General in Oklahoma ruled that the state PPV tax is unconstitutional. In the state, a percentage of every pay-per-view buy was taxed.
