Recap Of Kurt Angle On Bellator, TNA Lockdown PPV Match Announced

– TNA star Kurt Angle appeared on Bellator MMA on Thursday night to discuss the International Olympic Committee’s decision to drop wrestling from the Olympics in 2020.

“It’s very frustrating. I can tell you that there a lot of kids out there who want to go to the Olympics. Now it’s been taken away from them.”

Angle argued that amateur wrestling has the highest participation since 1980 is one of the most popular spots in the world.

– On Thursday’s Impact Wrestling, the first match was announced for TNA’s upcoming Lockdown pay-per-view on Sunday, March 10th.

Team TNA, captained by Sting will face Team Aces & Eights, captained by TNA TV Champion Devon. The three other members of each team will be announced in the coming weeks.

The other big match on the card will be TNA World champion Jeff Hardy defending his title against a challenger to be named on an upcoming episode of Impact. Hulk Hogan was going to name the challenger at the end of Thursday’s Impact, but Aces & Eights came down to attack him. Hogan was saved by Sting and Bully Ray to end the show.
