Rey Mysterio Comments On His Absence
WWE star Rey Mysterio issued his first public comments regarding the illness that has him sidelined. He posted the following on Twitter, “Would like to apologize to the fans out in Cairo for not being able to attend the tour due to a serious illness!”
There’s no word yet as to whether Mysterio will be able to appear at Raw for the finals of the tag tournament this Monday on RAW. Michael Cole commented on RAW that Mysterio only had a bit of the flu but apparently WWE underplayed the situation.
