- According to the Team Mysterio Twitter account, the reason why Rey Mysterio was unable to attend the WWE SmackDown tapings yesterday in San Jose, California, was due to illness:
“Just an update nothing serious with Rey just had a stomach flu. He’ll be back 110% next week.”
- Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez was backstage at last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings.
- Big Show will be this season’s WWE guest on USA Network’s Psych show.
