– Ric Flair mentioned over the weekend on The Abe Kanan Show that he would like to have a part in “The Hangover 3” movie. Flair’s official Facebook page is encouraging fans to help make it happen.
– The August 24th episode of Smackdown did 2,587,000 viewers which is down from last week’s 2,612,000 number.
– WWE has posted a list of the 20 smartest superstars of all time. Paul Heyman topped the list, followed by Bobby Heenan, Triple H, Matt Striker and Mick Foley.
– WWE has published an in character interview with Jerry “The King” Lawler, who responded to being attacked by CM Punk on last week’s Raw after stating that he didn’t believe that Punk was “the best wrestler in the world.”
“It’s a sad day when you can’t have an opinion and speak your mind. CM Punk thinks he can speak his mind. He has an opinion that he is the best in the world and he has no problem with telling that to everybody. CM Punk and I obviously had a difference in opinion. He had a way of showing me what he thought about my opinion. I’ve been thinking a lot about it, and maybe this coming Monday night, I might show Punk what I think of his opinion.”
