Roderick Strong Pulled From ROH Wrestling’s Finest; Replacement Revealed, Matt Hardy Promo

– Roderick Strong has been advised by doctors not to compete this Saturday in Pittsburgh at ROH Wrestling’s Finest due to an injury he suffered at the Nashville television taping when facing AJ Styles, a match which will air Saturday week on Ring of Honor Wrestling.

Strong was intended to face Paul London in a highly anticipated rematch from their Glory by Honor XII meeting, but this time in a 2 Out of 3 Falls Match and with the winner going forth to the San Antonio, TX “State of the Art” event on 2/8 to challenge ROH World Champion, Adam Cole.

ROH has said the match will happen at a later date, and that a challenger for Cole at State of the Art is to be determined.

– In relation to Strong being pulled, Paul London will still feature at tomorrows show and will face Roderick replacement, Cedric Alexander. Alexander has recently embarked on a singles career following the mutual split between he and Caprice Coleman of their tag team, C&C Wrestle Factory.

– Matt Hardy has released his latest ROH promo, hyping Wrestling’s Finest, where he teams with ROH World Champion Adam Cole to face The Briscoes and the team of Michael Elgin and Chris Hero.
