Ronda Rousey Reveals She Considered Suicide Following Her Loss To Holly Holm, Ex-WWE Star Reacts

– Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey appeared on the “Ellen” show Tuesday, and during the interview Rousey revealed that she contemplated suicide following her loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193.

“Honestly, my thought I was like, in the medical room and I was down in the corner. I was sitting in the corner like, What am I anymore if I’m not this? And I was literally sitting there and thinking about killing myself and that exact second,” Rousey revealed. “I’m like I’m nothing, what do I do anymore and no one gives a sh*t about me anymore without this.”

Rousey added that she looked up and saw her boyfriend Travis Browne, and that gave her an optimistic feeling about herself and her life following the loss.

“To be honest I looked up and I saw my man [UFC fighter Travis Browne] was standing up there and I looked up at him and I was like, I need to have his babies I need to stay alive. Really that was it.

Everyone has their moment of picking themselves up off the floor, and I’ve had to before, but nobody’s ever seen me go through that before. Maybe that’s what I’m meant for. I believe I’m still undefeated, because being defeated is a choice. Everyone has losses in their life, but I choose to be undefeated.”
