Sin Cara Makes WWE Debut, New IC Champion Crowned, More
– The March 24 episode of WWE Superstars on WGN America scored a 0.57 cable rating, with 544,000 viewers. The midnight replay did a 0.17 rating with 140,000 viewers.
– Wade Barrett captured the WWE Intercontinental Championship from Kofi Kingston on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown.
Just as Kingston was about to hit Trouble in Paradise on Barrett, the leader of The Corre countered with Wasteland. Seconds later, her captured his first championship in WWE. Justin Gabriel hit Kingston with the 450 Splash following the match.
– Sin Cara made his WWE debut at tonight’s Raw live event at Assembly Hall in Champaign, Illinois, defeating Primo.
A fan in attendance said that while his performance was “solid”, he doesn’t know how to work a “WWE style” match. He also performed about eight headscissors variations.
