- Zack Ryder appeared to be written out of WWE storylines on RAW after a brutal beat down from Kane that resulted in a [storyline] herniated disc in his back. There is speculation in the WWE locker room that Ryder will be working on some sort of new project during the next few weeks – either filming a movie or working on a show for the WWE Network.

Ryder was supposed to appear at the Wizard World Comic Con in New Orleans this weekend along with Kelly Kelly, but Ryder has been pulled from that appearance.

In related news, WWE recently reached an agreement with “The Luke & Duane Show” to feature the song “Just Take Care, Spike Your Hair” (the “Broski of the Week” song used on Ryder’s Youtube show) on WWE programming.

- Today’s wrestling birthdays include the Honky Tonk Man (59) and former WWE diva Michelle McCool (32).

- WWE will be holding an event on May 4th, 2012 at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Tickets go on sale March 10th, 2012. (Thanks to Devin Cutting)
