SummerSlam Going To London?, WWE NXT Star Out With Bad Injury, Recent WWE Attendance

– There was at least talk this past week of bringing the SummerSlam pay-per-view to London. No word yet how serious the talks are but it was mentioned on the current European tour to some people with major business connections in Europe as something being considered.

– WWE NXT star Mikey Keegan may be done with the company. He’s been out of action for a while now with a neck injury. He had an MRI done that showed narrowing of his spinal column (spinal stenosis) and the impression is that WWE’s doctors won’t clear him to wrestle. Keegan has been dating former TNA Knockout Roxxi, who recently announced her retirement as well.

– Here are recent WWE attendance figures:

* November 6th in Belfast drew 5,500 fans
* November 6th in Columbia, SC drew 2,500 fans
* November 7th in Dublin drew 7,600 fans
* November 8th in Glasgow drew 3,700 fans
* November 9th in Nottingham drew 9,000 fans
* November 9th in Munich drew 3,500 fans
* November 10th in Cardiff drew 4,200 fans
* November 10th in Glasgow drew 4,200 fans
* November 12th in Newcastle drew 8,000 fans

I do not like the idea of London hosting a PPV. You really cannot prerecord a PPV, so the air time would be weird in America

As much as I would absolutely love another Summerslam in England (I feel bad for all English fans) but a PPV overseas could never work because of the age of internet spoilers, which would drastically affect the PPV buys. Unless WWE decided to do the taping at 3 AM in England for an 8 PM Eastern stream in the US
