STAMFORD, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– WWE (NYSE:WWE – News) today announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2011. Revenues totaled $142.6 million as compared to $106.8 million in the prior year quarter. Operating income was $21.0 million as compared to $10.3 million in the prior year quarter. Net income was $14.3 million, or $0.19 per share, as compared to $6.3 million, or $0.08 per share, in the prior year quarter.
