WWE Star Injured; Out Of Action For Possibly A Year

WWE star Tyson Kidd (TJ Wilson), who was dubbed a “workhorse” by CM Punk on his promo this past Monday, will be out of action 10-12 months. Details are still slim on exactly when injury had occurred, but Kidd suffered a fractured knee and a torn ACL over the holiday house show loop. Kidd’s team with Justin Gabriel had regularly been one of the best parts of WWE’s secondary TV programming like Superstars, so this is a real blow to those shows.Read More

Injury News from Last Nights WWE TLC PPV

R-Truth injured his knee during his United States Championship match with Antonio Cesaro at Sunday’s TLC pay-per-view event. There was a huge gash on his knee. R-Truth wasn’t the only WWE Superstar busted open at TLC, John Cena suffered a cut under his right eye in his Ladder Match against Dolph Ziggler. Cena didn’t require medical attention but the referees put gloves on and asked him if he needed treatment. Cena waved off the attention.Read More

Injury Angle Takes Place On This Week’s Smackdown

Randy Orton was involved in an injury angle at the Smackdown tapings on Tuesday. He was put through a table by The Shield and it was announced by Matt Striker that may have suffered a separated shoulder and a possible concussion. Orton suffered an injury at the Tribute to the Troops taping on Sunday and he was attended to by trainers at the event. Here are the latest injury updates on Mark Henry, Christian, Evan Bourne and Hunico… Mark Henry: Is currently recovering from shoulder surgery and is expected back by the end of the year. Christian: Is also recovering from shoulder surgery, and could be back by the end of the month or early December. Evan Bourne: Is scheduled for a spring return, following injuries to his arm and foot earlier in the year.
