North Carolina newspaper The Pilot reports that TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy will enter a negotiated plea Jan. 20, according to his attorney, James Van Camp. “We anticipate a resolution of this matter in January,” Van Camp said earlier this month at an administrative session of Moore County Superior Court. Moore County District Attorney Maureen Krueger said that Hardy will plead guilty to one or more of the charges he faces.
