According to WWE.com, preliminary estimates show that WrestleMania garnered 1.3 million pay-per-view buys with global gross sales in excess of $67 million. Santino To SD?, Brodus Clay’s Dancers, UFC Lawsuit

- The Oklahoma Athletic Commission has put all “combative sports” on hold indefinitely beginning March 31st due to a potential UFC lawsuit. What it means is that if WWE, TNA, UFC or other companies run a show in Oklahoma, the Commission charges a 4% tax on all PPV buys in the state for every PPV show that the company airs for one year. The Wrestling Observer is reporting that early estimates are in for WWE’s 2011 Hell in a Cell PPV, and while expectations within the company were that the show wouldn’t draw as well as last year, trending numbers are showing a 20% buyrate drop from Night of Champions.
