R-Truth injured his knee during his United States Championship match with Antonio Cesaro at Sunday’s TLC pay-per-view event. There was a huge gash on his knee. R-Truth wasn’t the only WWE Superstar busted open at TLC, John Cena suffered a cut under his right eye in his Ladder Match against Dolph Ziggler.
